The Sales Team was incredible and handled every detail like I was the most important customer they had. The Sales Team made sure they understood exactly what I wanted, and exactly how much I could spend, and they worked tirelessly until they found exactly the vehicle I was looking for! Even though I live 125 miles from the dealership, and am typically very tied up at work during the workday, they made the whole buying experience easy. They left me phone messages, text messages, emailed me pictures of cars, allowed me to complete and fax documents to the dealership, and even drove the car 125 miles to personally deliver it to me when I couldn't get to Richmond. Travis Woods is hands-down the best BMW sales person I've ever dealt with in my 20+ years of buying BMW's. He was attentive to my every request. Most importantly to me, he delivered on every commitment he made to me. In addition, Roshan Patel did an awesome job and was a pleasure to work with. Lastly, Kenny Tilghman did a wonderful job of delivering the car to me and working with me to complete the paperwork and make sure I was completely satisfied with my new X1 ! I knew I was upside down in my totaled 740. I was told don't worry, we will take care of you. The initial conversation of what I wanted, how much could I spend and other financial concerns of a car purchase. At this time I was told, "you have nothing to worry about". We got this, you will be riding soon. The staff went on line and about an hour later they found the perfect car. It was in another state. When my rental had to be turned in, I was given a loaner until my car arrived. They took a few days to certify it, and not only was I in another car. But, a better car. They were all very attentive. I felt like they were my family. I really felt the entire staff cared for me and not just the sale. I know I'm not alone with the purchase of my 2013 740li. I know I will never drive the brand I left behind again. Thank you to my family at Richmond BMW midlothian. More
Best Car Buying Experience Ever Over 25 years I have bought over 18 vehicles, of all makes, at multiple dealerships, both new and used. This being said, I have NEVER had such service as I experienced at Richmond BMW on Midlothian Turnpike. From James, the General Manager, to the Aaron's, Sales Managers, to Anthony, the best Sales Representative ever. Even Mo, in finance was a pleasure to deal with. I was purchasing a used 2002 X5 which was in impeccable condition but had a few issues, to be expected with a vehicle of 14 years and 150,000 miles. Despite the purchase being an "As Is" purchase the team at Richmond BMW fixed two sensors totaling over $1,100, replaced a slow door lock actuator at $600, replaced loose weather stripping, and also went to the trouble of finding a replacement cargo cover. All of this was done after I had accepted delivery and could easily have been charged to me. However, they charged me absolutely nothing, zero, zip, nada. In fact when I tried to pay for some touch up painting they did on the hood, for rock chips, I was told they would not accept my money. Before you think I may have over paid for the car and that's why they did this for free, I can assure you they were willing to negotiate and I feel I received a more than fair price for the X5. I cannot say enough about the honesty, integrity, and professionalism shown by everyone I dealt with. In fact I have been so impressed, we are now seriously considering buying a new X5 for my wife. More

I had great experience working with Roshan and Balaji, and they really worked hard in satisfying my need. They have extensive knowledge of the product they are selling, BMW i series in my case. Really a professional team they've got. I highly recommend this dealer as the dealer of your choice if you are in RVA area. More
Fine Dealership, except DO NOT GO ON A SATURDAY Okay, first, I love the car however, I did not love the experience of purchasing it. The salesman was great, so this does not reflect on him. He was direct, no xx, this is what it is type of guy. The problem came into play with financing. It was a VERY BUSY Saturday and they had ONE, yes ONE finance person to do the paperwork all day. This resulted in Very long waits (over an hour and half) to do paperwork. Having an 11 month old waiting to do paperwork was painful. We were there till way past dinner time.. did not offer any food or anything besides water. No concessions to make up for the miserable wait. Had an extremely cranky infant by 7pm when the paperwork was done and had to leave promptly. As such, did not get the full walk through experience on the new car. Dealership was fine otherwise. Just make sure to pack a lunch and dinner and plan to spend the entire day there on a Saturday waiting in line. More

Balaji Rajamohan was very friendly and patient with me to find the perfect car, and he found a car that I love. I had no intentions of buying a BMW as I stated before I was interested in a Lexus. Instead I bought a CPO 2015 5 series for a great deal. The staff worked with me in a very respectful manner and the service was outstanding. Kenny helped me understand a lot of the car features that I was unaware existed, only to love this car even more. Lastly, the free coffee in here is delicious. I will recommend this dealer to anyone who wishes to buy a Luxury car. More

She was very eager and helpful and if she didn't know the answer to a question she asked her managers. She was so enthusiastic about BMW and about the X5. We noticed that the employees at this dealership work really well together as a team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and willing to answer all of our questions. Alphie and Kimberly kept in touch with us through calls and emails. Roshan encouraged us to customize our car because we couldn't find what we wanted and to do the Performance Delivery if possible. Aaron also encouraged us to do the SC delivery. We LOVED the BMW Performance Delivery!!!! Shane was very personable, helpful and efficient in setting up our loan. When we brought the car in this morning to be inspected we were greeted by Kenny Tilghman, the genius. He is such a nice guy...super friendly and super knowledgeable. He and Alphie greeted me and helped answer some questions that I had. Alphie is also very nice and very helpful. Kimberly came and happily greeted us and took our picture with the new car. Kenny made sure that the car was inspected and that the coating was put on the seats and the exterior and that the car was washed and detailed. Then he put in my floor mats. My car is stunning!!! What a very pleasant experience we had with these fine people. They treated us according to the Golden rule. They all seem to genuinely like their jobs and they all exhibited excellent team work. More
