Came in to check my breaks as the indicator stats brake pads need to be replace …they replaced my brakes and pads 06/2023 and now they telling me that I need brakes, pads and rotors. Whilst driving near the dealer location, I had an "engine overheating" alert and reduced power. I drove to the dealer and was immediately accepted for service. I was provided a ride home. A few hours late overheating" alert and reduced power. I drove to the dealer and was immediately accepted for service. I was provided a ride home. A few hours later, I was notified that I had a failed water pump. The car was serviced the very next day and I picked it up late afternoon. I was very pleased that they were able to fit me into their service schedule with essentially no notice. Kudos to Jeff and the service department! More
