This shop is an embarrassment to the BMW brand. Both were extremely rude and placing blame on everyone else instead of helping resolve the issue. They’ve forgotten that I’m a BMW Client- they work for me. More
Very Bad Sales Experience Terrible experience at this dealership. On a Saturday, I drove 200 miles to look at a vehicle. Drove the vehicle and it had a significant alignment Terrible experience at this dealership. On a Saturday, I drove 200 miles to look at a vehicle. Drove the vehicle and it had a significant alignment issue. I agreed to do the paperwork to buy the vehicle while they corrected the problem (which they indicated they could do onsite in 45 minutes). Once I finished the paperwork I was told that the the vehicle couldn't be fixed there and had to go to another dealership to get aligned. They indicted that this would occur first thing Monday morning. On Monday afternoon I called and was told that they were busy and that the alignment would take another couple of days. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they were in a meeting. 24 hours later I have still not received a call back from anyone. I texted the salesman and told him that I am no longer interested in the vehicle. No reply. Lots of pressure to buy a vehicle that was not ready for delivery and had a significant problem. Very poor communication. Made every attempt to reach out to management. Complete waste of time. Very bad reflection of how BMW dealerships operate. Very bad experience. More

I actually drove from Massachusetts to Virginia to purchase a CPO 2017 430i convertible at BMW Midlothian, and I had a multi-week relationship with this dealer prior to driving down, and now for 2 weeks after as we tie up a couple of loose ends. Great salesman, great sales manager, great detailing team who interrupted their day to address one thing just before I drove back, and great after-sale support. While I'm not in a hurry to drive down and back to Virginia again any time soon, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from this dealer. More

Great customer service brings me back again In 2011, I did my first lease after my salesperson at Richmond BMW Midlothian, Bobby Watts (now retired), recommended it. Best decision. Subsequently, I moved from Richmond to Florida and leased a car there in 2014. Now it's time to lease again, and the offers and conversations with my dealer in Florida fell short. What I wished for was to return to Richmond BMW Midlothian, so I called and asked if that was an option, and it was. This is where Roshan Patel enters. I thought Bobby was the best salesperson ever, but Roshan is just as great and might be slightly more wonderful. Not only did he treat me with sincere appreciation as a repeat customer (11-year BMW owner), but the deal he and the dealership offered demonstrated they cared I would purchase a car from them in Virginia over my dealer here in Florida. For me, it's also the details. Roshan is so organized and detail oriented. Because everything we did was through email, text or mail, I greatly appreciated how he'd outline instructions in the email that would perfectly match the corresponding attachments I'd have to review and sign. There was no guessing or confusion in any step of the process. Beyond that, he was extremely proactive, a great listener and provided advice on selecting the right vehicle. Carbon Black is really a dark blue in the daytime. Did you know that? I didn't. I've wanted a dark blue for so long, but BMW doesn't allow an M package on a dark blue car. A 6-year problem solved by Roshan and Balaji taking photos of a Carbon Black car for me and opening up my world in a few texts. THIS is the type of customer service I'm talking about. And this is why I am so glad I went back to Richmond BMW Midlothian. I'm a fan for life. Thank you guys for treating me so well. More

Experienced Professional I called Jeff Yurcaba this morning asking if I could bring my car in in the next hour or so. My AC had stopped working yesterday afternoon [95 degr I called Jeff Yurcaba this morning asking if I could bring my car in in the next hour or so. My AC had stopped working yesterday afternoon [95 degrees] but seemed OK this morning. Very confusing. I came in and Jeff quickly explained how this could happen in words I could understand. He recommended an evacuation of the refrigerant and recharge adding a dye to check leaks. He said it would take an hour, gave me the estimated cost, and within the hour the car was ready. It was also within the cost estimate. AC now working fine. I appreciated the quick and immediate service without prior appointment. I have worked with Jeff on many occasions and he has my trust. More

Enjoyable Experience I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Richmond BMW Midlothian last week. I also had the pleasure of working with a wonderful salesman and BMW enthusiast, Anthony McRuffin. He took the time to answer my endless list of questions, was respectful of my time, and even purchased a quick meal for me while I waited. He is a great example of the high level of customer service this dealership provides to its customers. I would like to take a moment to give a special shout out to Alex, one of the new salesman who helped me while I was waiting for Anthony. He took the initiative to assist me and show me a few vehicles before Anthony was available, so I would not have to stand idly. I also would like to acknowledge and thank Gregg and Kenny for their help in teaching me about several of the features of my car. They also were very helpful and patient while answering my questions. In comparison to the other dealers and salespeople I worked with, Richmond BMW Midlothian was above the bar! Thanks! More
