Unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal and definitely not an ultimate one. My vehicle was in for a few issues that were not resolved after spending $1,400, and upon pickup, it did not even sta definitely not an ultimate one. My vehicle was in for a few issues that were not resolved after spending $1,400, and upon pickup, it did not even start. This required me to leave my vehicle for additional days for further diagnosis. I was advised that all was good, only to attempt, I stress attempt, to pick my vehicle up yet again. I left the lot, only to have to return before reaching the next block, wondering if I could even make it back there, exhibiting the same issues I initially came in for in the first place. With the economy being the way it is, I really did not have $1,400 to give a shop for repairs that did not improve my vehicle. I was then told I needed to spend an additional $500, which would guarantee a fix for my problems. Shortly thereafter, I received a text that an additional $1,150 was needed. Needless to say, I had my vehicle towed there and had to have it towed back home with no resolution whatsoever. This was very disappointing coming from a dealership as large as BMW. More
