I brought my car in for recall, tires, alignment & oil change.the tires felt like driving a rough truck. The alignment was way off. Called the service writer back, he did not return the call. Spoke to ser change.the tires felt like driving a rough truck. The alignment was way off. Called the service writer back, he did not return the call. Spoke to service mgr & he was a joke. I told him how my car was riding & a sound the a/c was now making. I told him my son also drove the car since he had previously owned it 3 yrs before me noticed it also. He told me my adult son, " must have hit a pothole". I had told him we were in a parking lot.. then he said he had a stethoscope & used it on my car & no noise from the a/c was heard. He said they " adjusted" the alignment. Its still pulling terrible to the right... I am 70 yrs old and driving since 1970. Im insulted by this treatment. I will not return here. More
