When I purchased the vehicle it was awesome. I was really surprised that there were few notifications that my vehicles service was due. I knew from the service indicator in the car so I initiate I was really surprised that there were few notifications that my vehicles service was due. I knew from the service indicator in the car so I initiated the contact. Further surprised that there wasn’t an offer when I scheduled to schedule when a loaner was available since the car had a recall issue that required an all day fix I called in to inquire because my Subaru experience was so good about that! I was told that loaners were three weeks out I also walked into the showroom to see if there was a trade up option and not a single associate approached me. Maybe I need to go back to Subaru, just sort of a ‘meh’ experience with a pricey vehicle. More
