Our lease on our 2011 CRV was scheduled to be up in September and Fred indicated he wanted to discuss options with us. We had planned to buy the CRV after the lease was up like we have with our other September and Fred indicated he wanted to discuss options with us. We had planned to buy the CRV after the lease was up like we have with our other Hondas. Fred was able to show us how we could exchange it now for a new CRV and it would be a better deal than buying the 2011. He worked the best deal he could which was great for us. He had the car we wanted available and showed us how to operate everything. We have a lot of fun with Fred when we meet with him as he is very personable. Very professional, not pushy and very results oriented. This was our fifth Honda and second from Fred and Richfield/Bloomington Honda. More

My wife and I walked into the dealership this past Saturday afternoon (Feb 15th) to test drive a new car. While the weather wasn't the greatest, it was snowing out, we figured it would be good weathe Saturday afternoon (Feb 15th) to test drive a new car. While the weather wasn't the greatest, it was snowing out, we figured it would be good weather for testing SUVs AWD capabilities. We walked into the dealership, looked around for 5 minutes, and weren't acknowledged or helped. We observed 4-5 "salespeople" talking amongst themselves. Evidently whatever they were talking about was more important than helping a customer. We ended up walking out of the dealership and will not return there again. We are still considering Honda as one of our options, but through a different dealership. More
