Pay a little more for original parts, but labor is competitively priced and you know it's going to get done right. Most recently, I had a battery problem with my new Civic. They could never replicate the problem in the shop, even after they'd come to my house and jump the car. Because they couldn't replicate the problem, Honda wouldn't cover it, so Randy swapped my battery out with one of the new loaners on the lot and that took care of the problem. More

Along the way I've also gotten friends and my parents to buy there. Now I'm after that new 2015 Fit, they somehow made it even better. I walked in the door and saw Kevin, who I've worked with in the past. A great guy, and a straight shooter. He treats everybody like they're his family. In fact, he's even introduced me to his wife and children. Lawyers, politicians, and car salespeople, don't trust them. :) Well, sorry to break the stereotype, but this is one car salesperson that will treat you right and not try to milk every last penny out of you.
