I have a 2017 Honda CRV that I usually have serviced elsewhere. When the Emission System Problem light came on, I had to use Richardson's service department for the first time. I had a noon appointment and waited 3 1/2 hours to find out they finally had my car with a tech but no diagnosis of the problem yet. Why did it take over 3 hours to get my car to a tech when I had an appointment? I was tired of waiting and decided to just leave my car there overnight. I was offered a ride, but then was told all their drivers were out. I had my husband bring me home and received a phone call shortly after saying they thought the car needed a part for the fuel evaporation system, but they didn't have the part. It would be in tomorrow. I requested they call me the next day to confirm the part was indeed there. Instead I received a text from an unknown number saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I had to call to confirm that the text was legit and my car was fixed. The final bill was increased by $24.23 for "shop charge for repair order" that was not in the quote from the previous day. Poor Communication all the way around! More
We've been loyal customers at this dealership, entrusting them with servicing our Buick for years. Unfortunately, our recent experiences with their service department have been disappointing. Despite their assurances of fixing issues and conducting thorough test drives, we consistently found ourselves left with the problem unresolved. During our last visit, Mr. Rios attributed the highway shaking to a broken CV Boot Clamp and rear brake issues. However, seeking a second opinion revealed that these diagnoses were incorrect. Instead, it was a misaligned wheel causing the shaking after accelerating over 50 mph. Given the repeated misdiagnoses, I strongly advise against relying on this dealership's service department for repairs. While Lance, the service manager, attempted to rectify the situation, it's concerning that without seeking another opinion, we would have unnecessarily spent over $1,000 on repairs. Ultimately, the root cause of the issue would have remained unresolved, leading to further expenses down the line. More
My wife had a 10am appointment this morning for an oil change and look at tire that was out of balance. 2 hours later, they haven't even looked at the car. I STRESS SHE HAD AN OPPOINENT. I have NEVER heard of this in the 40 years I have been driving. She has a 2016 Pilot Elite and we are going to trade it in for a new vehicle. Since she was there killing 2 unnecessary hours, she walked around lot looking. Not one person came out to answer questions or show her vehicles. Guess where we will NOT be looking for a new vehicle. I need a new key fob. I’ve been trying to get one through my local dealership Richardson Motors. That one was reasonable. The next was when I took my car in to get the key cut and programmed, that one was the crazy insanely high one. The team, especially the receptionists, are extremely unprofessional. What’s the point of even having a receptionist if you’ve got an automated system that tells you what number to push for what you’re looking for? Also what’s the point of having glass doors if you’re not going to look out of them? I still cannot believe I was told “I’ll have to go look for your car.” Even though I parked it right outside the main bay. Like I said before, I’m actually pretty thankful they ordered the wrong part for me. More

We just purchased a vehicle here 16 days ago. Day 9 My automatic running boards quit working, day 15 while driving on the highway a horrible noise comes from the front end. We contacted the dealership to let them know and ask them what could be done. They said that they won't take care of it and that we declined the extended warranty. We were never offered an extended warranty, had we been offered we would have bought it. The salesman's was very nice, easy to work with. We have also had trouble with the finance office since the vehicle was delivered we signed in about 3 spots and never received a copy of the paperwork and to this day we are still waiting. More
