How does this place have such good reviews? My buying experience was a terrible time-waste. Go anywhere else unless you want to over pay and pre-pay for your service. My son and I attempted to purchase a 2021 Wrangler Sport from Richardson Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Richardson TX. On their website, the particular vehicle was listed for $33,245. When I attempted to purchase the vehicle, I was informed that the only way I could get that price is also purchase The Jeep Wave warranty and also finance the vehicle. I did not want to do either. I just wanted to pay the advertised price in cash (plus TTL and whatever is customary). I then offered to buy some additional wheels, tires and running boards for an $2700 to help give them a different revenue stream. The dealership would still not honor the advertised price of $33,245. Is this how Jeep does business? With a bait-and-switch? I understand that dealer-based financing and warranties are revenue streams but to flat out not honor and advertised price? After our meeting it was taken down and then changed to $1000 more. My 3 Rams and leased a 2019 Sahara my autos from Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge since they opened in 2012. I have bought total now 8 family autos. My 3 Rams and leased a 2019 Sahara and just traded it in for my 2021 Rubicon that I ordered last month. My 3 autos my daughter has bought too. Brian Collier has been my sales person for years and is my friend now. This is a Great Dealership and everyone has always been very professional.
