When I read the contract the next day, on Sunday, I called Mike Monday and he said that I signed of on the numbers and I can do anything about it, since Texas doesn't allow a grace period to return the car once you drive of the dealership. I found a place $200 cheaper for the repairs but to move my car I was told I would owe $195 just for the diagnostic fee. I will never do business with them again. More

Now, in order not to solve the problem, they are saying that if I return to it they will accuse me of invasion of private property. The managers in the used sales department will tell you a price shake hands, and then come back with a higher price. Once they found out we were going to pay cash for the vehicle, they hit us with a $2,000 cash fee. They had no authority of their own to make the final decision. When all was said and done, the car was going to be nearly $6,000 over the list price. Shady business. More

We looked around and decided to do some more looking around, quickly regretted it when the customer service we had experienced at other dealerships didn’t come close to Omar! I’m young 25 and I could say I don’t have the average look to me so I get a lot of experience getting treated as a lower level customer. But for my first experience buying a car Omar treated me like he would the CEO of a huge company. He made it as painless as possible and even made the process a enjoyable time. Along with Michael in finance that got me a great 3 year deal with free tire rotations, oil changes and more ! Not to forget Brian the manager who wasn’t just hiding in his office, he made sure to be apart of the whole process making sure we were takin care of the whole way. Omar got me into a brand new 2022 jeep renegade at the price I needed to be at without all the run around games of trying to get one over on us. I would 100x over again buy my next car from Omar, he’s a very outgoing & polite gentleman and knows what he’s doing. Hands down best place to get you right, so if you would rather smile and laugh while walking out of the dealership knowing you made the right choice, then I would say go see Omar!! More
