They can not fix anything from a simple window water leak to a major powertrain issue. If you don’t want to lose time, money, patience, nerves and your car’s value, STAY AWAY from this “service.” I’ve brought my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland there 11 times in less than 3 years. They wasted all my warranty time with their cheap service and a lot of excuses. From their service advisor to the general manager, they all pretended like they have been doing everything they can, but the result is always against the customer. Now my regular warranty is over, my powertrain warranty is close to its end, and I am still trying to have my car fixed for the same oil leak problem that I’ve had since September 2020. It is not just their terrible technical service but also their unfulfilled promises. I paid for a special part, and they installed a lower-quality model. Although they accepted their mistake and promised to replace it with the correct part that I paid for, they never did and never repaid my money. They tell you that they have free loaners available when your car is being serviced, but they make you go to a car rental place and rent a car using your own credit card. They paid for my rental but once they somehow didn’t and it took me months to get that money back. The thing that makes me angriest is that their technicians took my car, not once but multiple times, to pick up their lunch from fast food drive throughs. One technician took my car and drove miles away to a bank, left my car unattended and running, and went into the bank for approximately 10 minutes. I am not surprised to hear that a lady’s car was stolen while it was serviced at RICH. All the things I’ve mentioned are from my personal experience with this terrible car service. I had my car serviced at RICH since I purchased it and as of now it only has 20.000 miles. My car is now at another authorized dealer/service, and I am fighting for my rights to have my car serviced without paying for the damage that wasn’t fixed by RICH, despite numerous visits. I hope this will help others, and they won’t go through similar problems like the ones I have been dealing with for years. I think they shouldn’t be called RICH with this POOR quality of service. Disappointing Experience with Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Rating: 1/5 I recently had a frustrating experience with Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram regarding missing LED lights on my vehicl Dodge Ram Rating: 1/5 I recently had a frustrating experience with Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram regarding missing LED lights on my vehicle after service. Despite providing before photos, the dealership should have taken responsibility. Key Issues: 1. Lack of Accountability: The dealership refused to acknowledge missing LED lights. 2. Poor Communication: No follow-up calls or updates after the initial report. 3. No Investigation: Never asked to return the vehicle for explanation or investigation. 4. Unfulfilled Promises: David assured me a call back on 10/05, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. 5. Defensive Response: Michael swiftly defended the dealership without resolving the issue. Timeline: - 10/05/2024: Initial report to David - 10/07/2024: Official report to Michael on recorded line Before, the photos I took showed the LED lights. Michael's swift defense and lack of investigation raise concerns. Update: I will revise this review if Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram takes responsibility and resolves the issue. Kindly note that I am retracting my commendation for service review made on 09/24/2024 . Made my review too soon . Request: I urge Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to revisit their customer service and accountability protocols. A.Stafford.0 More

TLl;DR ver: They came out ~ $3,000 ahead on my trade-in + purchase deal by undervaluing my car and charging me for something I didn't need, but they can't pay $15 to ship license plates. If they're goin + purchase deal by undervaluing my car and charging me for something I didn't need, but they can't pay $15 to ship license plates. If they're going to waste 3 hours of my time, I'll spend an extra 5 minutes to advertise for them. Go somewhere else and save your time and money. Detailed ver: I bought a car here about a month ago. I was told that license plates would be mailed to my address on file (I live 37 mi away, which takes me a good 1-1.5 hours each way during traffic). I was informed that the plates can only be mailed if I live more than 45 miles away. But I was told that I can provide them with reasons why they should ship the plates, and they'll decide if it's valid. Here are some other things that shaped my experience: 1. I had quotes from 3 different dealers for the trade-in on my car. Richardson Chrysler was 10% lower than the other two. 2. They don't say this anywhere that I saw, but I was told at purchase that there is a non-removable/non-negotiable $1500 warranty that is IN ADDITION TO the listed purchase price of the vehicle (they might have called it something different, but it's the same kind of scam). 3. They will try to sell you an additional warranty ON TOP of the $1500 "mandatory" one. First, they'll tell you what option they're suggesting (platinum something). They told me the price was around $4,500. I said no (first time). Second, they'll tell you that they can get you a discount on it, and they'll lower the price to an unbeatable-sounding ~$2,250. I said no (second time). Third, they'll tell you that they can apply a friends and family discount and get that price down to around $1,800. For the record, I still said no, and at that point I was very quickly processed and shown the door. Note: You can't use these car warranties anywhere. Unless you're ok with your car sitting in the shop for 9 months while they literally work on anything else first. Side note: The sales guy I had seemed like a good kid. It's a shame to see him in a place like this. More
My husband noticed that the steering wheel was off center while he was driving the vehicle and took the vesicle in for alignment. The shop showed my husband that the strut was bent, which was the reason the while he was driving the vehicle and took the vesicle in for alignment. The shop showed my husband that the strut was bent, which was the reason the alignment was off. My husband contacted the dealership and even took the bent strut to the dealer, and the dealer advised that, with so few miles, the inspection would not have included an alignment. Still, the dealership did not attempt to make us whole or assist us with the cost of repairs. More

I came into this dealership to buy a truck I had been researching for quite sometime. I was ready to buy! I spoke with a sales guy for about two minutes and did not even get a chance to drive the vehicle and share my financials with them before I was told we have unrealistic expectations. When I told my wife "let's leave, they are wasting our time." DANNY EASTON replied by calling me a "fat pig" followed by an aggressive "get the xxxx out of here." What a poor establishment and a sorry excuse for a Sales Manager and Managing Partner, JOHNNY CANTRELL. KEEP IN MIND MY CREDIT WAS NEVER CHECKED AND THIS WAS HIS "ASSESSMENT" OF THE DEAL. In my opinion they did not want to sell the truck at the price that was previously shared with me. They raised the price from the time I left my house and the drive over there, then told me the deal would not make sense. What a joke...and really slimy! This guy (DANNY EASTON) is putting everyone in danger by acting the way he did and the next customer may not "just leave." The worst part about this situation is that JOHNNY CANTRELL stood there and did nothing to stop him. This is your DEALERSHIP OWNING PARTNER who claims to care about his community. Well his actions at this dealership would reflect otherwise. This place is absolute garbage and I would heavily advise to stay away from this place! This place fits that slimy used car salesman vibe 100%! More
