Well...this would of been my 5th Honda purchase from this dealership so I guess I expected customer loyalty and a good deal. Instead I got the run around. The "ask the manager" hustle accompanied by a 4 hour dealership so I guess I expected customer loyalty and a good deal. Instead I got the run around. The "ask the manager" hustle accompanied by a 4 hour wait while they "asked the manager" They quoted me 4,000 below the bluebook trade value of my vehicle citing it would be hard to sell (Hard to sell a Honda at their own dealership...really???) The price they quoted me on a 2013 (note this is November so 2013 is just about over) was over $2,000 more then the price I was quoted on the internet. When I told them this, I actually had to show the salesperson the email to "prove it." By then...4 hours later....I'd had enough and we left. Today I received an email telling me what a great deal I can NOW get on a 2013 model. I had to laugh. I'm done with Honda. I love the cars...and truly wanted another one, but its not worth it. When you begin to hate the thought of buying a new car because of the hassle you get at the dealership you know its time to buy something else. More

This was my second time purchasing a car, and so far my favorite. I still love my car, and I feel that I got it for a great price. When we started the car for the first time it made a horrible AC vibration noise that would come and go as the AC compressor came on - we noted it and the sales person said we can make an appointment for you and you can bring it back and fix it - this was after all paper work was signed. The dealer at the time we picked up the car promised to fix the problem. Several weeks later we brought the car to service this AC noise and waited a few hours - at first they said they couldn't hear it, then after insisting the agreed it made a loud noise. They said they talked to tech support, and it wasn't a safety problem, and they could not fix it. They said that Honda was working on a fix. They would not provide documentation in writing beyond a hand scrawled note - nothing official - nothing that seemed above bar. Their excuse was that it was not safety related - well that is a poor excuse - if my car had a really bad aesthetic defect I would expect it to be fixed - it was a $42,000 car - I would expect a vibration or noise defect to be equally part of the value of the car as the safety components. I researched this problem - and it seems a very common complaint dating back to 2011 models. Many talk of a fix being developed - but I have to say after 3 model years, with first off the line 2013 models having the same problem I would say Honda and the dealer are both not planning on fixing this problem. You would think after 3 years it would be done by now. I contacted Honda of North America - same story - no fix - no guarantees to fix - nothing in writing. Basically they are not going to fix and are stalling. The customer service rep (who remains on a first name only / voice mail extension basis with a call back number that is perpetually blocked from caller id alludes to the type of relationship Honda of America has with its customers!) sounded like a cool surfer dude from California and cooly deflected all issues as he is paid to do with a non response - e.g. we can't fix it, we may fix it in the future, but we won't guarantee it, and we won't put anything in writing. If I want this fixed the only option is to sue the local dealer for breach of contract as they promised to fix the problem observed at the time of delivery but now they say they don't need to fix it or can't fix it - sue Honda (seems it would make a good class action as their are complaints of this all over the internet) or just live with it. More

Mike & Vance were awesome in helping me with the purchase of a Honda Pilot for myself, & a Honda Accord for my husband. Both guys were very attentive!!!
