Service Department The service dept is horrible! They have taken advantage of a senior citizen and tried to say things were wrong with my Honda that were not true. I alw The service dept is horrible! They have taken advantage of a senior citizen and tried to say things were wrong with my Honda that were not true. I always keep my auto serviced (47,000 miles on a 2007) regularly, it was serviced a few days before I brought it to Richards for a recall repair. Be warned before you take it in for any work. I will continue to service my auto elsewhere! More

Horrible customer service I was the last owner of this 2009 Infinti G37 which has 56,000 miles close to 57,000 and not 53,000 as they are advertising. I purchased the car abou I was the last owner of this 2009 Infinti G37 which has 56,000 miles close to 57,000 and not 53,000 as they are advertising. I purchased the car about 2 months ago. A month after I purchased the car, I received a call from Jessica who does the financing. She called me in the middle of the week, when I returned her call, she asked if I was busy? I told her yes, that I was at work. She then stated that I need to bring the car back because the loan had been recalled on the car and that they will try to get me refinanced. I told her that I will try to get car back to them as soon as possible being that I live in New Orleans and they are located in Baton Rouge. I told her that I need time to find reliable transportation back and that I could not take off from work to bring them the car. She never offered me any options to what we can do. she didn' t show any concern about my situation all she was worried about is the car. After, numerous of calls and messages between the both of us, she then left a message stating that if I don't bring the car back that she was going to report it as if I was trying to steal the car. Once, I brougth the car back no one ever called me to try to work things out. After, numerous of calls and messages no one ever returned any of my calls. Not to mention when I submitted my credit application, they had than submitted my application to about 10 banks before they were approved the loan without my permission. The worst experience of my life. I would never recommend these people to anyone. More
