Our experience was one of the Worst in my many years of purchasing automobiles. Our sales person Alvin Washington was more interested in talking on the phone to his Mardi Gras buddy then explaining the car purchasing automobiles. We told him that NOT Having 2 sets of keys would be a Deal Breaker. He lied to us so that we would go to the Finance office to finalize the contract. Then as we were getting into the car to drive off he hands us one key and gives us a shoulder shrug. It cost over $400.00 to get a second key set made. DO NOT buy a vehicle from these imitation humans. More
