I worked with Syed throughout the purchase process and he is genuinely a charismatic person that is extremely knowledgeable on the car and the options presented. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the vehicle and held the car for me while my wife returned from her business trip a week later. Even at that time when my wife was there, there was never a sense of feeling pressure to purchase the car as he was all about me as a customer feeling comfortable with the car first and the price second. We worked through the logistics with the car and Syed was just as professional as he was with introducing the car and the features with talking through the price. I was in the market for a pickup for a little over a month and checked out multiple dealers throughout the state and i do not like the feeling of being harassed or pressured to purchase a car. Hatem Shendi truly made me fall in love with the silverado and was so nice to deal with. After deciding i was going to take the vehicle at the best deal i could find from any dealership around the process was super simple. Great! I had a very pleasant experience buying my new car at this dealership. They were courtious, friendly, and very helpful. I revieved a great deal, a pre I had a very pleasant experience buying my new car at this dealership. They were courtious, friendly, and very helpful. I revieved a great deal, a pretty low interest rate and they gave me a 20% discount for being a teacher! My only issue is that when I left with my new car the tire pressure light went on because all 4 of my tires needed air. It's not a big deal, I put air in them and I was good to go, I just would have liked them to pay a little closer attention to detail before I left with my new car. Aside from that, my visit was great and I have no complaints!! More
