As usual, we received spectacular customer service from beginning to end. Syed, our sales rep, was so courteous and professional. He, with an assist from Marty, worked diligently to find the best vehicle for our family. Knowing that budget was a concern for us (2 growing boys), Syed and Marty coordinated with Jason to work out an affordable deal. Horrendous This is most likely going to be deleted but my wife and I went to purchase a Chevy Tahoe or Suburban. We were met by a salesman who had zero knowledge This is most likely going to be deleted but my wife and I went to purchase a Chevy Tahoe or Suburban. We were met by a salesman who had zero knowledge of either vehicle. Inventory was almost non-existent. Salesman couldn't bring out a vehicle to front for us to view because the front of the showroom was occupied by other employees personal vehicles! As an alternative, salesman then offered to drive us to the rear of showroom using a new Tahoe that was outside but so dirty we wouldn't even consider but the last straw was when the salesman could not open the doors of the truck and was fumbling the only two sets he had in hand. He actually said "I don't know why the doors won't open?" That took the cake and both wife and I ran back to our vehicle a.d sped away as fast as the speed limit allowed us to get away from that place! More
