No games, didn't waste any of my time. Very happy. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and had researched the vehicle and what I was willing to pay. From test drive to deal on the floor took abo I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and had researched the vehicle and what I was willing to pay. From test drive to deal on the floor took about an hour. None of the back and fourth nonsense "keep you in the seat and burn you down tactics". My salesman Shumar keep things moving and didnt mess around. He didnt waste a minute of my time with games. My finance rep Jason stuck to deal. Whats was agreed to on the floor were the only items on the PINK sheet at the end. NO add on nonsense. That was a first for me. Of course he wanted to offer me additional services but he asked what I was interested in .... He didn't hit me or waste my time with a list of nonsense things. ONLY what I was interested in. Very good experience! More

They also helped me by returning the rental car so that i can drive home with the new one and not have to come the next day for the pickup. I appreciated that they didn't use too much of the high pressure tactics common at dealerships. Obviously there was some pressure but not overly obnoxious. Shumar did a good job and the process was fairly painless. The only thing I didn't like... I was working with one person over the internet, expecting to work with them when I got to the show room. Before I arrived, I was asked to meet with someone else. I don't like surprises and that was a surprise. But again, Shumar did a good job and was reasonable. More
