I was in the market for a new Truck & after doing some research, the Chevy Colorado seemed like the perfect fit! I was looking around for a while & decided to check out Richard Lucas Chevrolet after seein research, the Chevy Colorado seemed like the perfect fit! I was looking around for a while & decided to check out Richard Lucas Chevrolet after seeing a lot of good reviews online. Let me tell you, the reviews speak for themselves because we were not disappointed! We were very fortunate to meet Kenny who was extremely pleasant & helpful. He was able to get us a test drive in one of the Colorado’s they had in stock at the time. We were very impressed with the overall features, performance, ride quality & how quiet the Truck was. After the test drive we decided to custom order a Colorado since we’ve been looking around for a while & couldn’t find one with the options we wanted. Kenny was very patient & accommodating. He brought us some refreshments & sat down with us to custom order the Truck. He was very knowledgeable & answered all of our questions during the entire order process. Once we finished configuring the Truck online, Kenny printed out copies of the build sheet for us & we went over it to make sure all of the features & options we wanted were listed & we gave him the green light to have the order placed. A few days later Kenny confirmed that our order was accepted by GM & he kept us up to date with regular updates until the Truck was delivered to the dealer. The Colorado actually arrived a few weeks earlier than expected & I received the good news from Kenny while I was away on a business trip for work. During my trip I was able to order some accessories for the Colorado online via the Chevrolet Accessories website & had them delivered to the dealer so they could be installed on the Truck & it would be ready to go when I came to pick it up. Kenny did an AWESOME job & went out of his way to keep me up to date on the installation process & sent me photos of the finished product once everything was installed. The Service Team at Richard Lucas Chevrolet did an excellent job installing everything on my Colorado & the finished product was One Cool Looking Truck! My Father & I also had a few questions about a getting a Trailer Brake Controller for the Truck & Kenny put us in touch with the Service Manager & the Shop Foreman who were both very knowledgeable & helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions & steer us in the right direction. I would also like to thank the Sales Manager, Arthur Beyer who was able to get us a great deal on the service & extended warranty package and I would like to thank the Delivery Coordinator, Vinny Frasco who gave us the full tutorial on the Colorado’s features & entertainment system. He did a great job of walking us through everything & even kept us entertained with a few jokes! He was great! While I was away Kenny constantly went out of his way to keep me up to date on the Truck & kept it safe & clean until I was able to return from my trip to pick it up. We are very happy with the Truck! Kenny was the best Salesman we’ve dealt with in a long time. He went above & beyond & it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. He’s a very down to earth person & he made us feel like family. Great Service with a Smile!
