This is my second time returning to Richard Lucas because of the excellent customer service and the care that everyone I have dealt with shows me. From the moment you walk into the dealership everyone greets of the excellent customer service and the care that everyone I have dealt with shows me. From the moment you walk into the dealership everyone greets you and makes you feel like you are a valued customer. I have had the pleasure to once again work with my salesman Kenny Marke. There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing he is. Besides being super helpful he is truly one of the friendliest and funniest people I have had the opportunity to know. He is truly a great person! Kenny goes above and beyond to help me get exactly what I am looking for at the price I’m able to afford. Then there’s the finance department. Both gentlemen I worked with were extremely helpful. Dave and Mark were also extremely helpful. Finally, Vincent Franco sat with me and explained all the features of my new 2024 Trax and how to use everything.
