I was unlucky to get Marty as my sales rep. I made his sale way too easy for him. I saw the car online, went into the dealer, test drove the car in the parking lot, paid him in full, and left w I made his sale way too easy for him. It was raining outside that week so I didn't want to leave my car in the parking lot any longer. I also noticed one part was loose and Marty told me he will order it for me. That day, I asked him to have my car cleaned before taking it home (the car was dirty and muddy both inside and outside), but he refused, he told me I need to make an appointment for a car wash. He suggested that when I come in for the part, he will have my car cleaned. It has been almost 2 months and I never heard back from him. I called him couple times in the last 2 months to follow up on the part, and each time he told me he was busy with another customer, he will call me back later, and of course, he never did call me back. Today, I called the service department and found out nothing was ordered for me. I am very upset with Marty. I called him again today, the receptionist put me on hold and then came back and told me Marty was with another customer (his favorite excuse). I had enough of his attitude, once he got the commission, he doesn't care anymore. I am not a difficult customer, I just want to get my car fixed (while it's still under warranty) and have it cleaned (as it should be before giving it to a customer), I am not asking for much. I really don't want to deal with Marty but he is the only one who can order the part for me. I wish I could transfer to another sales rep and also transfer his commission, Marty doesn't deserve any commission from my sale. I saw the car online, he didn't sell me anything! The only thing I got from Marty is false promises. I would not recommend this dealership because I only dealt with Marty, and his actions said it all. More
