Richard Lucas is always a pleasure buying a car from. Have bought 6 cars over the years from Chevy, however the last 3 have been bought from Sales Rep Michael Galuppo. I honestly cant explain how happy and relieved to have worked with Chris in the service department. I bought my car at this dealer. Chris has been right there with me every time whether I need a repair worked with Chris in the service department. I bought my car at this dealer. Chris has been right there with me every time whether I need a repair or maintenance. I completely trust and confident with him and can't say thank you enough. Chris was responsible and professional which was always appreciated. I needed a loaner car and he arranged it. My car came back perfect especially since it was a difficult situation. Chris would get back to me all along the way with updates and explanations . You can be sure that I will not go to any other dealer because of him as needed in the future. Came in to Lucas Chevrolet in a bit of a rush to inquire about having my vehicle serviced and get an oil change. The service department was swamped and I could tell almost immediately that I wasn’t going to about having my vehicle serviced and get an oil change. The service department was swamped and I could tell almost immediately that I wasn’t going to be able to squeeze the oil change and maintenance into my schedule. However, your service advisor Jenna Jurick went over and beyond to try to accommodate me (despite my being a walk-in & not having an appointment . Kind, courteous, & professional. Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills! Though I wasn’t able to have my vehicle serviced on this occasion, I will absolutely be back to have my vehicle serviced because of the service I received from this young lady! More

This was by far the single best car-buying experience of my entire life. Sales consultant Joe Sangimino, delivery coordinator Vinny Frasco and business manager Mike Brack could not have been more accommodat my entire life.
