I was sold a lemon! They told me car was given the once over and it was good, one month in took it for sounds and it was $2400 worth of repairs I was told. They are very nasty and I would never, ever go back. I'm so sorry I bought anything from them! More
I too read all of the reviews here, but decided to give them a fair shot. I found a used car that I liked from their website. It was priced at $9,995. I got a call from Angelica, who was nice and friendly. She sent me a listing of 10 cars to choose from, just in case I didn't want that specific car. I called her back and we agreed on the advertised car. I let her know my budget and we negotiated the price down to $9,200, so with tax and tags I would be under $10k. I also let her know that I read all the negative reviews posted here and that I will not tolerate any "hidden charges". She said, "we do have a dealer prep charge to re-fit used cars". I once again told her what my budget is and where I needed to be. She "talked to her manager". 2 hours later I get a quote back for $12,949. I had myself a good laugh. Even if tax and tags cost $1,000, which we know they don't, Richard Lucas Chevy is charging me over $2,000 for dealer prep. I immediately declined the offer and sent them a response e-mail letting them know that they practice unfair business practices. So far I have not gotten a response. For your own good say away from these thieves. All I lost is time, but if I didn't read the reviews here I might have lost over $2k. BUYER BEWARE ! More

And make sure that you investigate all listed on STICKER, you may be surprised what you find. And, do NOT give them a deposit, you do not need to, you most likely will not get it back. GOOGLE "Angel Llerena Lucas Chevrolet." Better off going to OASIS Chevrolet on Rt. 9 South, about ten miles from Lucas "RIP OFF" Chevrolet. More
What a horrible experience this has been after we left the dealership. Our sales guy Angelo however was awsome all the way through. We fell in love with a Jeep, which didnt have any problems when we were there. 2 days after, my husband couldnt get it to start. He also brought the vehicle to a shop just to see what was going on with the inside and we found frame damage which was not stated on the car facts nor did the dealership know about it. The car also just turned off while my husband was coming to a rolling stop. But thats just the beginning of the problems. My husband made a list of 15 things wrong with the vehicle! We mentioned all problems to them, so they wanted to take it to their shops to make sure (which took forever and had to keep calling to see what was going on). Also, ever since all this started, it seems like the tone of voice has changed on the manager Jorge. He was soooo friendly at the dearlership (of course cause we were closing a deal), but now, hes very short on the phone with a little attitude and like I said before.....you have to keep calling them for updates when they specifically say "We will call you as soon as we know." It's just been a mess with them since we left. More
The only reason I wrote this review was because of all the bad review. I'm a single mom and the finance guy took his time to explain all my fees and cost.I never felt preasured and they call me 3 time to the bad review. This is a follow up on my cruze LTZ order from JULY. I read the reviews here before going to them to give them a fair shot because maybe people were being unfair. All i can say is everyone on here is 100% right. I called them ahead of time to reserve a vehicle when i got their the vehicle was dirty and trash everywhere and sand all over the carpet it looked like a homeless person lived in it. I found it strange they wouldnt clean it since i called 5 hrs ahead of time to tell them i wanted the vehicle. I looked at the pictures of the clean vehicle i saw on the website and could see in one of the pictures they used a different clean vehicle because i could see the stock number just barely in the background on 1 of the photos. Also the price of the vehicle online was $4000 less than what the guy told me it was at the dealership when we started to do some paperwork.. When i asked enosh about the price being to high he said that this was a different vehicle than the one online and thus ine wasnt one the site yet. I asked him for the stock number after hesitating he gave it to me and when i left i looked it up online and sure enough it was the same vehicle priced $4000 less than what he told me. I was going to buy a car but after all this my gut told me no and i am glad i didnt buy one. One last thing i asked him are these vehicles certified he told me they are all certified the 5 that i looked at and inthought how can they be certified when you can tell they have came straight from the auction and havent been cleaned or inspected. I know they will slap certified on anything if these trashed out vehicles are getting the certified label. More
I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I was going there to try and buy out my lease and they returned with an outrageous % rating, which I knew was off. They tried to get me into a car instead, a demo car with 6000 miles, at any cost. They were pushy, lied to me about my credit and other things that I could afford and their pricing was way off. The showroom was old and dirty and the cars didn't look well maintained. I highly do NOT recommend this dealership! More

When I mentioned it,I was told "I made a mistake,I slipped with the calculator before,and this is the price" I left,and went to another dealership, and got a nicer Cruze LTZ with RS package snd Pioneer stereo for the same price,and got more for my disabled trade in.(06 Cobalt SS/SC with blown head gasket) The place is dirty,the people are very unprofessional,and they hire people who have no business being there. I repeat,STAY AWAY! More

The dealer assured my father-in-law that the deposit was completely refundable, and that he could change his mind after showing the car to his wife. However, when they went back to the dealership, everything changed and the dealer could not remember the conversation, and the manager refused to give the money back. Their reasoning was that the dealer spent over 2 hours with them. Based on what I have read online, he is not the first one to fall for this scam at a Richard Lucas dealership. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and this is coming from a family that has purchased cars from the Lucas dealers for over 50 years. Stay away from ANY Lucas dealership! More
