I booked my appointment with Sara and I was almost surprised at her friendliness and willingness to answer any of my questions. Usually when I meet with young adults in customer service positions they are boring, unfriendly, and give a general attitude of not wanting to be there. Sara on the other hand was a great help and set up an appointment for me with Rich. Rich was also very helpful and friendly. I'm not that great with cars, but Rich was more than happy to answer all of my stupid questions about the Chevy Cruze I was looking at.
