After car shopping all day our last stop was Chevy which was closed but Angel went out of his way to help us after assisting another customer. I went to Richard Lucas Chevrolet after a horrible experience at Bell Ford. I was approached by Robin once arriving at the dealership. He was upbeat and confident, which really made me feel at ease. His knowledge of Chevrolet was impressive, and his charisma made it as if I was speaking with an old friend. I started to look at the Malibu the first night, when I came back the next day I was shown the Cruze, and I fell in love. Needless to say the Cruze won the battle. Robin was very helpful in every aspect. He was funny, patient, personable, knowledgeable and most importantly he did not make me feel pressured. I got a great deal and great customer service! I even left with some cute balloon animals! :) The whole staff made the car buying experience very easy. The atmosphere at the dealership was very positive. The staff all seemed to really enjoy their jobs, and the people they work with. Sitting at Robins desk surrounded by this friendly staff, can make any person feel at home. I would recommend Richard Lucas Chevrolet for their selection, and I would definitely recommend Robin as a salesperson.I don’t think I could have received better service,or price anywhere else. More

Well what can I say about this dealership and it's hard working staff. My wife and I drove 75miles to get to this dealer whose prices on the internet were unreal. It took a few trips to see the manager but Angel and staff came through with a great price for us. The car was spotless when we drove away with it and the drive home was a pleasure.
