I feel that Greg Fahy along with the team at Richard Lucas provided me with outstanding service during the sales process. I went there looking to get into a Subaru Impreza and Subaru financing would no Lucas provided me with outstanding service during the sales process. The Cruze is a great car for me and will provide me with everything I wanted my new car to provide me with. The all hands effort of all employees currently employed at this dealership was of the highest quality. There were no pressures of any sort at anytime and it provided for a whole new Aspect and reasoning fo at this dealership was of the highest quality. Where do I start? First they pressure me into buying Where do I start? First they pressure me into buying something that I didn't want, like that stupid etching on the glass. (If my car gets stolen I don't want it back, I've never heard a good story after somebody gets their car back). Part of the deal was that they were supposed to clean my interior since I bought a used car. They didn't even dust it. I had to take the car back and complain before they did anything. They were supposed to file for the car license which took 3 months for them to complete. I guess their clerk was too busy. And to top it all off they also took their sweet time getting the title of my car back to me. Not to mention I paid in full at date of service. None of this paperwork should have taken anytime at all. I feel that as soon as they got my check they didn't give a xxxx who I was or about keeping up their end of the deal. This place is run by a bunch of twerps. It's places like this that give the "car salesmen" their stereotype. More
