I found this vehicle (2012 Impala) online and I am from Canada so there were lots of questions about it and how I would go about the purchase. I had just had a recent experience with another dealer where I was treated like I was stupid because I was a female. NOT at Richard Lucas. There were no lies or pressure like I had previously experienced. Mike was extremely professional, thoughtful, informative, and made me feel like I was taken seriously (which I loved). He knew every detail of the car as if he had been driving it for years. I purchased the vehicle I went in to look at, Jorge was also VERY accomodating when it came to securing the finacing and Jason was GREAT when it came time to sign the contracts. It will be a few years before I buy another car but they have my business for LIFE!!! I have always loved Chevys and now I have my own exceptional Chevy dealer to go to. Went in for warrenty work and they couldn't find any problems. I still had same problem two days later , went to different dealer and problem was fixed.
