I booked my appointment with Sara and I was almost surprised at her friendliness and willingness to answer any of my questions. Usually when I meet with young adults in customer service positions they are boring, unfriendly, and give a general attitude of not wanting to be there. Sara on the other hand was a great help and set up an appointment for me with Rich. Rich was also very helpful and friendly. I'm not that great with cars, but Rich was more than happy to answer all of my stupid questions about the Chevy Cruze I was looking at. The level of service at Richard Lucas is amazing and I will definitely suggest this dealer to all of my friends and family. More
My wife and I would recommend CARLOS MONTANEZ a must see when buyin a used car. Also we love our new used car ..Was just what we wanted and in our price range. In my experience he was never like the kind people hate to see when they go to a dealership ... Waiting in the lot and not even allowing someone to look around before approaching them. Even in helping me achieve my goal of buying my Camaro, Carlos has always put me behind the wheel of cars I could afford as opposed to trying to upsell me into more car than I may have needed or perhaps wanted. This might not have gotten him the highest of commissions, but it has earned him my repeat business, which will go wherever he goes. More

I purchased a 2012 Suburban from this dealer on 29th of Aug, as of today Sep 26th i have not received my tags. My temp tags expired on Sep 17th and when i asked for extension i was told that by Finance MGR Aug, as of today Sep 26th i have not received my tags. My temp tags expired on Sep 17th and when i asked for extension i was told that by Finance MGR Jay that they cannot issue me 2nd set of temp tags, Jay had advised me at time of sale that if my temp tags expire prior to regular tags i should contact them and they will send me new temp tags. Since i live in Virginia (250 miles away) and dealership is in NJ, i cannot go to them every day however i have been calling and talking to different people and no one is willing to help me. I was told point blank by CJ my salesman that he cannot help me and i should be talking to George the manager. They are keep saying that documents were sent to REG USA a title work company and they are still processing the tags with DMV VA. I just spoke with DMV 8th time and they have no record of my VIN #. It has been 10 days that my vehicle has no tags, and i am unable to drive around, been taking TAXI to work. Is there anyone who can assist me or guide me to correct Legal Avenue???? Thank you for reading this and PLEASE DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP--- They have good prices but very very bad service... If you are buying cash then maybe this will be a good place for you but if you are going to finance please look for another dealer. More
