Drove 1 1/2 hours to get to this dealership to look at a 2024 Tahoe. From my initial phone to call to make sure the Tahoe was available to my arrival at the dealership I received phenomenal service. Upon arrival I met we Shumar who was my Sales Consultant,he was very knowledgeable and listened to everything I wanted. He definitely made sure I was going to leave with the Tahoe I wanted. Once the deal was sealed I sat with Vincent the Delivery Coordinator (who was Excellent) and he went over all the features of the Tahoe, syncing on my cell phone & setting up On Star service for me as well. Unfortunately, we did have a hiccup with the Tahoe so I couldn't bring it home that night, but they handled the problem great! They delivered it the next day knowing they had to drive 1 1/2 hours to drop it off. Definitely would take this trip again to buy another vehicle from this dealership! 5 Stars all the way!!! More
