I fought with them for months Starting in January of 2016 with an ignition coil. Then more ignition coils then a misdiagnosis of a Transmission issue. Turns out it was not the transmission at all but 3 ignition coils and AWD transfer case that was cooked all consequential damage. I ultimately had to give up my vehicle for another one and GM was useless in getting the matter resolved. I loved the car but GM does not service what they sell. They lost a very good margin sale for them. I would not have them work on my 10 Speed Bicycle. They rely on computers for everything and not the rudimentary fundamental mechanics of basic automobile repair. Because my issue does not throw codes. More

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! 0 stars!!! Horrible service! No one knows what there doing! I live almost 3 hours away and they call and tell me to come test drive a vehicle and wh 0 stars!!! Horrible service! No one knows what there doing! I live almost 3 hours away and they call and tell me to come test drive a vehicle and when I finally arrive, it took them 20 minutes to even find the car and then it wasn't drivable because the clutch was broken, I can't drive a clutch and they did not tell me it was a clutch! I find another car that seemed decent and I was approved for it, the very next day, the breaks almost went out, and I took it to a shop and the roters are warped beyond fixing. I called the dealership to replace the roters and they says they can't do it and then never returned the call like they said they would. The fan belt started knocking. I find a recall on the computer program that went out 3 years ago. I get the title in the mail and they signed it, not allowing me to place my tag on the car. I finally get a power of attorney letter to get the tag and the tag office informed me that the dealerships application has me responsible for the fees and it's over $500!!! I called the dealership and no one returned the call! I have never in my life had such horrible people or service!! Never send anybody to this dealership!! They are nothing be a rip off and scam artists!! More

Love my new Cadallic SRX My husband and I came in for an oil change in his SUV and ended up buying a new car for me and it was pressure free from Alan Davis. Joann and I were discussing the possibility of upgrading our Equinox with no real intention of doing anything but just having a look at Richard Kay. However, we met a delightful man who took the time to access our needs, the kindness to understand our situation without being judgmental and made us feel good about being in the dealership. We weren't even sure what we wanted! Alex not only got us an incredible deal, made sure Joann's disability needs were met, helped us with anything we needed he also took the time to follow up with us a few days later, made sure everything was perfect and thanked us once again for the business. What a great experience, couldn't recommend Richard Kay Superstore highly enough.
