There was no doubt that they appreciated us coming to their dealership. After we made the decision to buy our vehicle we were given all of the pertinent information about the vehicle. No question that we asked made us feel as if we were just old and stupid. They were wonderful to explain the bells and whistles on the SUV. The car washes have been a blessing. Just five weeks after buying our Envision, my husband suddenly passed away. Gary Sellers and the others at Richard Kay Superstore have been wonderful with me. I am so happy that my husband found the 2017 Buick Envision so I will have dependable transportation. Thank you for being there for me. I have been to the dealership for the first maintenance appointment. The work was done promptly with a smile on their face. More

I had always heard good things about the dealership prior to being employed with them, and maintain belief in their positive reputation to this day. After a short time of employment, I purchased a used unit and was treated no different than a customer off the street- with respect and dignity. Later after leaving Richard Kay, I returned again to purchase another unit and was treated with the same warm welcome and professional desire for service as usual. I constantly refer anyone I can to this dealership, and highly recommend them across the board for any automotive need. More

I started online dealing with them and then got to dealing with Alan Davis and he was fantastic. We quickly reached a good deal and then he introduced me to Tracey in the finance dept and she was awesome also, even beat the interest rate from my credit union. In summary, Alan and Tracey were very helpful, friendly and bent over backwards to help me. I highly recommend them and Richard Kay Automotive to anyone. More

Sold a defective new 2016 SUV The story is long and will be short - Purchased new 2016 GMC Acadia Denali Dec 2016 - Like the car - After first oil change, was washing/detailing the The story is long and will be short - Purchased new 2016 GMC Acadia Denali Dec 2016 - Like the car - After first oil change, was washing/detailing the car. Found pitting on the windows (very small - over 80) - Right rear and rear window. Immediately called the service department. Since I am well over 1 1/2 hours away, they said it wasn't any drivability or safety issue, I could wait until my next oil change for the inspection and repairs. It took me until just before Thanksgiving to acquire the mileage for my next oil change. I am well covered by the B2B and extended warranties. Dealership and GMC are claiming that it isn't a manufactures defect therefore not covered. Cause unknown. It isn't noticeable unless you are directly looking for it and have the sun light on it looking at an angle (dark tint). Return calls by dealer wasn't prompt and I had to do the follow up. Went thru the appeals process with GMC as directed by the manual. They claim the dealership doesn't want to do anything (GMC and dealership service department claim the Manager of Richard Kay Superstore will not take any further action because of the cost). I was sold a defective new car with hidden damage. My family has purchased GMC many times over the past 40 years. I have purchased 8 vehicles and my immediate family another 6. I have never had any issues like this before. Greatly disappointed and not happy with the Dealership and GMC. Had discussion with family members over the Holidays. We are no longer a GMC family. More
