Took my 2012 Cruze in for heater not working on Jan.23,2019 ( First time same thing in April 25,2013 ) They replaced water outlet housing. $603.20 (same as 2013 ) When I got the call to fix it I was told it needed a cooling flush but I was not sure I wanted to spend the extra money. I was told it was HIGHLY RECOMMENDED so I said ok. Then on Jan 29,2019 I took it back for the same thing, heater not working !!! Now I'm told the water pump is leaking. " When the flush was done something must have broken loose" and now I have to pay again $642.68 for something they Recommended and caused damage More

We shopped around and Natalie Martin went thoroughly through the inventory to match what my sons needs and budget. They gave us a very reasonable trade value on his car and was able to get him financed, including multiple rebates resulting in paying 28k for a 35k truck. A special thanks to Crystal Hahn for referring us to Natalie Martin and Mark Cooke for helping my son with pricing and getting financed! Look Forward to Future Business More
Shady sales Tried to buy a truck on Monday Nov 5 afternoon. Picked one out, talked through the numbers. The Used car sales manager is the one I talked with, no Tried to buy a truck on Monday Nov 5 afternoon. Picked one out, talked through the numbers. The Used car sales manager is the one I talked with, not the New. I wonder why? Here’s what I believe. The truck I had picked out was the only one I saw without the factory sticker in the window. I asked 2 different people to see it multiple times and was told varying stories as to its status. The only thing ever produced was a printout on 0plain paper. I understand it’s a Federal law that the Ronroney sticker can only be removed by the buyer. Here’s the kicker, as an option in trying to get to a lower sales $, BT (used car sales manager - I wonder why? No ronroney sticker!) sheepishly informed me the vehicle had a scratch in the parking lot when it was being pulled out by a salesman (but it had since been repaired). He wouldn’t tell me where or the type repair done. This should have been revealed at the onset of the sales process. Had I agreed to a higher price early on, they would have never told me. Why? Because it was a card they were holding out during the negotiation process and played it when they wanted to. He suggested I throw a low ball # ($33k) for the truck as a result. I told him that was shady and how disappointed I was that this was just now coming up. His quick defense was that it’s just where we were in the process. Disagree. I stuck with my original # (37500) and was informed they couldn’t budge. So I walked and did not purchase a “new” truck that had already been in their shop for repair - undisclosed until they thought it was appropriate. Beware of a 2018 blue Silverado 1500 Z71 at this dealer. Finally, the “joking and smoking” that went on in the glass office while I was patiently waiting for BT “to review with his boss” is insulting and disrespectful. Thanks for coffee guys! More

I went to my local bank and got the loan no money down and the payments were half of what they wanted so it appears that they were trying to swindle me. On top of that they were supposed to top off the gas tank and clean it up and assured me that all the recalls have been performed. Come to find out they put a half a tank in because there is a problem in the filler neck that they decided to turn their heads to. They did not clean it up and also the truck has two very dangerous recalls that have not been performed. So now it's my inconvenience to get my 1 year old truck up to date instead of that being done before my purchase. So I called the dealership multiple times to try to let them know what happened so maybe they would not do this to someone in the future (maybe a one time event). I never got a call back I finally called and got ahold of their customer care manager and discussed my concerns he said he would check into it and apologized and said he w a s sending me a gas card to fill up the tank that was three weeks ago. In short DO NOT purchase anything from this dealership unless you want to get taken advantage of, lied to,and taken to the cleaners. More
