Service department is terrible. Had our 21 acadia in for service, alignment, rotation. No windshield washer fluid was added, after alignment we were told we needed $500 work done to Had our 21 acadia in for service, alignment, rotation. Then told to bring back and that would be corrected. That appointment was a week ago, we were called 45 minutes before scheduled time and told they had no parts for it and would let us know when they come in. We'll 7 days later and we can not even get the courtesy of a call back nor even a update More

This was my first experience with this dealership, I had been searching for a specific used model GMC SIERRA.
