Tim while being professional was very helpful and caring with his suggestions. He is not only very well informed about the product, pricing of the product and the offers for the product, he knows the technology of the product. We felt like we were talking with a friend .. with a bonus .. Tim has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to deal with. We are very pleased with the deal and the purchase of our 2011 Malibu.
