Service Came in mid afternoon and was greeted in the service drive by Carrie. I stopped in without an appointment due to an unexpected check engine light. She did a quick scan of my computer and told me it was safe to drive until I could drop off the next day. The next day I was once again greeted by her friendly face and was given a ride by a lovely shuttle driver! To my surprise the repair was covered under emissions warranty. Talk about a great experience! More

A cut above the rest I traveled from Branford to look at a car they had advertised. I wss fortunate enough to have ERIN as my sales person. While waiting I went into the showroom to look at vehicles and ran into Dave who sold me my last 2 vehicles. We must have talked for a good 1/2 hour or more and Dave was as friendly as ever even though he knew I wasn't in the market for a vehicle! I have a Chevy Dealership 5 miles away but drive 62 miles for an oil change because of the elite service I receive every time I come here!! More
