A few months later I was driving at 60 MPH on a highway where a TABLE was laying upside-down in the left lane. Its thin metallic legs, facing upward, weren't visible until too late; my car hit it and spun it around. The damage wasn't severe but there were areas on the surface that were "slopped-up." I brought it to Rich Morton, where that was taken care of. As extra help, above-&-beyond, a rear-view mirror was more firmly secured by adding a dab of some bonding agent. Again, excellent job. SIDE ISSUE OF CONSIDERABLE IMPORTANCE TO ME: Your requirement for registering almost dissuaded me from continuing with this review. I do NOT want to receive eMails from anYwhere as a result of this submission; advertising distractions are UNWELCOME. I bring all three of my vehicles; a 2008 Mazda 6, a 2003 Ford Expedition, and a 2003 VW Passat, to this dealership for repairs and service for very good reasons. Frustrated with poor service at my non-Mazd Ford Expedition, and a 2003 VW Passat, to this dealership for repairs and service for very good reasons. Frustrated with poor service at my non-Mazda dealers' shops, and completely satisfied with Rich Morton's customer service and attitude when buying the Mazda 6, I switched them all over to Rich Morton for routine maintenance and non-routine repairs. The service team is outstanding -- honest, prompt, and skilled -- they have done everything from routine oil changes to tuneups to water pump and window replacements on all three makes/models and the result is always great. The prices are also extremely competitive, and I don't have to worry about hidden charges, "fat fingering" hours required for services, or inflated markup on parts. If these guys did motorcycles I'd bring my Harley here too! I recommend them to anyone who needs a good shop. More
I bought my car at Rich Morton's and received a good deal. A couple of years later my car was hit while parked on the street. Russ took great care of it then. On 9/10/2010 it was hit again. Russ stepped up and took charge again and handeled everything from the towing to the cleanup when the job was complete. I can't say enough good things about their service.My car looks as good today as it did when it left the parking lot in 2005. More
I took my car into the body shop for front end repairs. As you could imagine I was very upset but was instantly put at ease after talking to the staff. For whatever reason, my appointment was not in the computer when I arrived to drop off my mazda 3 for power steering recall. The prices were reasonable as well when I get my oil change and basic service such as breaks etc. Also, when I needed t customer service from Frank. I came in with a scrape on my Lincoln actually thinking I needed to get some work done. I was greeted at the door, asked to come in and sit down and the Gentleman went out to look at my car. He buffed the scrape out in less than five minutes and you can't see it was ever there. I am very impressed with the service and how efficient the personnel are. I can't say enough about this shop. Terrific service. You should know that this is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with the body shop and for the same reason. As was the case the first time I was treated with respect and friendliness. The Gentleman I dealt with as well as the other man in the shop were very kind. Greatest service I have ever had and in keeping with the other services I have had at Rich Morton. I have been and am still highly recommending this dealership and bodyshop to friends and others alike. My sincere THANK YOU. More

The service department was helpful in spending time to locate the problem and Gary stayed on top of letting us know how long and the most cost effective way to do the repair, knowing the car is older and we might not want to put a lot of money into it. We have dealt with this dealership for several years and we stay for a reason; they are friendly and efficient. They deal with questions and phone calls with respect and concern. We will remain loyal to this dealership. More
