Thank you for fixing my Corvette I bought a used Corvette from Rich Morton Mazda and it did come with a warranty. Richard (the sales person) was an amazing person to deal with. He was very fast and he made the process of buying and trading-in very convenient. Jimmy (the manager) and John (the financing person) were awesome too. I was treated with respect and they were willing to work with me. I went to the service department twice to fix warranty small issues with the car and they fixed the issues very promptly. Both times Brandon was extremely friendly, kind and polite when I brought my car over there. I submitted a ticket request on Monday night and I got an email response early morning on Tuesday to bring my car over at 9:30 am. They identified to issue very fast and they were able to correct them. I love their waiting lounge, it does have a WI-FI that let me work from there while I was waiting. They may need more power outlets for people who need to recharge their laptop or phone. I am very happy with both the sales process and the service team. Thank you again Rich Morton Mazda team! More

For those interested in EEO statistics, I'm an over 50yrs old blk male. (this was not requested by the dealership) My 2001 nissian maxima se, got t-boned(lady ran a red light. no injuries) that resulted in front end and passenger side damage. I talked to David who very throughly explained the insurance proceedure. The car was towed to the body shop within a few hrs of the accident. My insurance co. gave them 10 days to complete repairs which was surprisingly done to my dismay. I had a 'new' camaro (ins.rental) and didn't want to give it back :-) the worksmenship (I checked) was very good. It would have been 'excellent...' I was told the paint chips on the front of the hood wouldn't be visible after they put a powder coloring and clear coat on it. Well I got the CLEAR COAT which made it look better than when it came in. Maybe they forgot the powder. I'm not upset. It wasn't part of the damage. As for custormer service, both David and Russ were very informative, cordial and professional. Actually showing me the extent of damage and how aspects of the repairs would be preformed, ie...the use of the hydrallic puller for frame/grill repair. I felt totally at ease. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. David is in the wrong line of work and is probably underpaid! He deserves an 'Oscar' for his high engery personality. I'm not suggesting he's phoney, in any way, on the contrary, he's quite engaging. Lastly, prior to the above accident, I broke out my rear vent window to retrieve my keys I obviously locked inside. (note: if you have to break a window DON'T break the vent one. the driver or passenger windows are easier to replace if you do it yourself.) In the intrum, I taped it up. I got a replacement from the junkyard but couldn't do it myself. Anyway, I forgot to mention it to Russ or David while they had my car. Upon picking it up, I noticed the tape and mentioned to them I wish I had brought it to their attention. Well to my surprise, they told me to bring it in (whenever) and they would take care of it 'NO CHARGE.' First I thought they joking or setting me up for the 'big take' but a week later I took it by and an hour later it was done, NO CHARGE!! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! I look forward to doing future business w/them. I'll be sure to let know how that works out. Dave was very helpful from the start. During the estimate, he went over every aspect of the vehicle with me that needed work done and even got under the car with me to show me exactly what he was ta estimate, he went over every aspect of the vehicle with me that needed work done and even got under the car with me to show me exactly what he was talking about. He helped me deal with insurance and Enterprise when I got the rental car. I will be back here if I ever need any other body work done and will definitely recommend this place to anyone else that needs work done. I'd previously visited this dealer to have the power-steering pump replaced on my Mazda3 before the recall. The service was great then. After Mazda did the recall I had to return because Mazda cus power-steering pump replaced on my Mazda3 before the recall. The service was great then. After Mazda did the recall I had to return because Mazda customer service (who frustrated me a great deal) told me I needed to return to have the car "inspected" to see if the power-steering pump was in correctly. I talked with Dan at Rich Morton and he was very good at interpreting what Mazda customer service stated incorrectly, replaced the power-steering pump again, and made sure that everything was done to make sure I could get my repayment for the $594 power-steering pump from Mazda. He hooked me up with a loaner vehicle for a few hours so I could still keep my plans for the day and he and his crew were able to complete the recall again and provide me with the paperwork from the previous replacement. Dan and his crew were friendly and professional, and they wanted to make sure that despite my frustrations with Mazda customer service I was still satisfied. I will come back for any other repairs to my car simply because of this event. More
