Winter Service I purchased my CX5 at Rich Morton's and I drive out of my way to take it there from Silver Spring for service. I make an appointment and let them kno I purchased my CX5 at Rich Morton's and I drive out of my way to take it there from Silver Spring for service. I make an appointment and let them know I will be waiting for my car. The wait time is always very reasonable and works for me. I can spend time in the lounge watching tv and handling emails, phone calls etc. One thing I had been thinking was service is great here but it sure would be nice if they would run my car through the car wash especially this time with all the road salt on it. Wouldn't you know when I went out to get my car it had been washed and looked brand new. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. More

Incomplete The last two times I visited something was wrong. The first time the technician didn't put my door panel on completely. And They Washed My Car, Too! I had a rear left light repaired at Rich Morton Mazda last Tuesday. I was told the repair would take about 1 1/2 hours and it did. I was able to wait I had a rear left light repaired at Rich Morton Mazda last Tuesday. I was told the repair would take about 1 1/2 hours and it did. I was able to wait in a nice customer room with wide screen TV and Computer. The work was completed in 1 & 1/2 hours as noted. The car was washed and vacuumed inside. I am pleased. More
Rude and over priced Making the appointment was the only easy part of the service. I arrived on time, but the service person Emily that had helped me for the past few year Making the appointment was the only easy part of the service. I arrived on time, but the service person Emily that had helped me for the past few years was not there (probably no longer with the company). The gentlemen who helped me asked if there were any problems that needed to be addressed during my regularly scheduled appointment. When I answered yes and explained the issue he told me unless it was really obvious there was nothing they could do. How about answering "we will look into that". Instead he treated me like I was a stupid female that didn't know what I was doing. On top of that they said I need a regular simple brake job, they quoted twice as much as anywhere else. When we picked up the car my husband tried to clarify the price and the service rep was rude and just answered "yep that is our price!" and then he made a snide comment about my husband as I was walking out of the door. I purchased my car new from Rich Morton and have had all my service work competed through them, I am also in the market for a new Mazda. I guess I will be looking else where for a mechanic and somewhere new to buy my Mazda More
