It took nearly 3 hours for an oil change and alignment! I'm not sure why an oil change and alignment should take 3 hours! I had an appointment and I did tell the service representative that I would be wait I'm not sure why an oil change and alignment should take 3 hours! I had an appointment and I did tell the service representative that I would be waiting. I was told that the two items should be finished in less than 2 hours (an hour and half to be exact) and that's why I chose to wait. In the future, tell a customer with an appointment the truth!!! More
Best place around, never been disappointed management will alway go above and beyond, never disappoints. While not always a great experience, sometimes things happen.... Recall and Oil change Scheduled service for a recall, oil change, and look at my radio as the blue tooth, Aux and USB ports stopped working. Waited 10 days for service in Scheduled service for a recall, oil change, and look at my radio as the blue tooth, Aux and USB ports stopped working. Waited 10 days for service in order to get a loaner car. When the car was dropped a loaner was not available had to wait for 1hr 45 minutes for a rental car which I was charged $45.00 for the insurance. Only to be told that a car I bought less than 90 days ago which was Mazda Pre-Owned certified had "tires that were shot" and the radio was not under warranty. More

Reliable, trustworthy, and friendly service. I have a 2002 Lincoln LS that has been serviced by Rich Morton(RM) since 2010. At that time they were a Lincoln dealership but Lincoln has moved on. I have a 2002 Lincoln LS that has been serviced by Rich Morton(RM) since 2010. At that time they were a Lincoln dealership but Lincoln has moved on. I remained at RM because they retained many of the Lincoln mechanics and their service has always been superb as it has been recently. I would have rated them a 5 star rating, but recently an aftermarket component was used for a repair and it apparently was not compatible. After lengthy troubleshooting and a couple retrurn trips to RM the solution was to obtain the OEM Motorcraft part which corrected the problem . Lesson learned for me is to insist on an OEM component to reduce compatibility/configuration issues. Obtaining the OEM part may delay a turnkey repair and the use some aftermarket parts does have risks. Thank you Dan Reid. He was very helpful during this service and I also thank Jim for the friendly ride to and from home while my Lincoln was in the repair process. More
