Since I purchased my CX3, all of my service appointments have been easy to schedule. Once I just stopped by with a concern and they had a technician look at what I was worried about. The work is always completed in a timely fashion, and any questions on my part are addressed. They always discuss any concerns about my vehicle, and even make a video of their inspections. Wow! More
Normally I bring all my cars to the service department here. Keith is awesome, takes time to explain things , gives a fair price. Well today there was someone new. Named Ashley I think ( she couldn't be bothered to introduce herself) Was just there for a basic service and she tells me I need front breaks and it's 600 dollars . Then sends me a text message estimate( I was waiting at dealership) and it says 700. I tried to ask why so much and she couldn't stop shoving doughnuts in her mouth to properly explain anything. Also griefed me about asking about coupons and just short of eyerolling me as if I'm annoying her asking about price breakdown. I won't be returning. I didn't care for her evasiveness, her annoyance when I interrupted her doughnuts and coffee or that she was particularly honest with me. Really disappointed as I've recommended them a few years now. Keith is amazing but this new person is very off-putting. More
Had fuel pump replaced, recall. Now car smells like gas on the interior. Told by service department. "I don't know what else you want me to do". I brought my new (to me - used) Mazda in for a leak problem that turned out to be even worse than I had realized. Keith and the team took care of it but when way above and beyond to ensure not only tha problem that turned out to be even worse than I had realized. Keith and the team took care of it but when way above and beyond to ensure not only that the leak was fixed but that the car was safe for me and my newborn. They were quick, kept me updated the entire time, and really made it all so easy. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else. More
Great Help Ginger who works in Finance was a great help when I was buying my car. She also helped me in service when my car needed to to be repaired and was able to get me a loaner car in a timely manner. I appreciated all her help. More

Every question is answered, worn parts are discussed and made available, and I am never sent home unsatisfied. These guys care about you returning as a customer and work hard to prove it. Over the years I have had RMM service many makes and models that I have owned - with the same outstanding results. My most recent visit was for my 2008 Lincoln Mark LT - routine stuff, small potatoes....but Ray and his team treat me like I am a fleet owner. Thank you, RMM! More

He has gone above and beyond to get my two cars fixed. Even when I thought no one was listening or even cared! He does! He takes pride in his business. You can feel good knowing that the car you buy shall or will be in great working condition when purchased. They have some great cars there. Check them out now cause they have a awesome sale going on now. This is the same sale they had last year when I purchased two cars. More

Terrible experience from the beginning I bought a used Mercedes SUV in September...the transaction was sleezy from the beginning. After driving the car for a week, I took it in for a few m I bought a used Mercedes SUV in September...the transaction was sleezy from the beginning. After driving the car for a week, I took it in for a few minor things, brakes squealing, the car pulling right & the back up camera didn't work. They had my car 5 days...they couldn't replicate the camera problem, said the brake were fine(2 weeks later my BRAKEWEAR light came on) and they said they did a front end alignment. Once home I Read through the paperwork & found out the alignment wasn t performed because they didn't have the proper tool....so they lied to my face. I called & went back & forth with the service guy...but nothing was ever done. I went in at 6 months for my free oil change & was told my tires were so bad they shouldn't let me drive off that lot...he said I had put 10,000 miles on the car...I said no..here's the mileage...I have put 6,000... His response....close enough. I don't remember his name, but he was extremely rude!!! Anyway....this was by far my worst experience ever in the car dept. it was my first & last used car purchase...& I would never step foot in the dealership again & would tell everyone I know the same. Thankfully I was able to get rid of the Mercedes!! More
