The service as usual went well. I have lived in Baltimore for just over 10 years. Approximately 8 or 9 years ago I had a major problem with the '96 Ford Taurus I owned. I went to a nearby shop, but they no longer did the type work I needed--I had a blown spark plug. This person recommended I go down RT. 2, pass Bob Bell Ford and go to Rich Morten. They did the work for me. But the car had lost most of its' oil during the incident, so I asked if that was going to be a problem. The service consultant sent me back to the service technician who had done the work. He explained to me why it should not be a problem. I was very impressed with him. I had never before gone to a dealership for non-warranty service. However, ever since this first time experience Rich Morton is the only place I bring my car and my son's car for service. Three years ago, I bought a 2009 used MKZ from Rich Morten. (I have not bought a new car since the '96 Taurus. I've had good results with upscale used cars. The one caveat I would add is that in the last couple of years the dealership has dropped Lincoln and become solely a Mazda dealer--my son's car is a Mazda. I continue to bring my Lincoln to Rich Morten. And their has been turnover in the service department. So far, however, I continue to be satisfied with the service I receive from Rich Morten. More

Maintenance review Took my 2016 Mazda 6 GT in for its 2nd oil change, and tire rotate and balance. They did a good job ,but could have been better Good service than they did earlier , but I complained about my engine noise being more which I am sure whether was taken care. It took nearly 3 hours for an oil change and alignment! I'm not sure why an oil change and alignment should take 3 hours! I had an appointment and I did tell the service representative that I would be wait I'm not sure why an oil change and alignment should take 3 hours! I had an appointment and I did tell the service representative that I would be waiting. I was told that the two items should be finished in less than 2 hours (an hour and half to be exact) and that's why I chose to wait. In the future, tell a customer with an appointment the truth!!! More

Best place around, never been disappointed management will alway go above and beyond, never disappoints. While not always a great experience, sometimes things happen....
