Would not honor the price they advertised on own website All prices on their website were not honored when I visited the dealer. The only reason I went to look at the vehicle was the advertise price. DO NOT go to their location and expect them to honor their own advertised price on their used vehicles. There sorry excuse about having a technical issue is just another example of a dealer to avoid. Terrible experience from the beginning I bought a used Mercedes SUV in September...the transaction was sleezy from the beginning. After driving the car for a week, I took it in for a few m I bought a used Mercedes SUV in September...the transaction was sleezy from the beginning. After driving the car for a week, I took it in for a few minor things, brakes squealing, the car pulling right & the back up camera didn't work. They had my car 5 days...they couldn't replicate the camera problem, said the brake were fine(2 weeks later my BRAKEWEAR light came on) and they said they did a front end alignment. Once home I Read through the paperwork & found out the alignment wasn t performed because they didn't have the proper tool....so they lied to my face. I called & went back & forth with the service guy...but nothing was ever done. I went in at 6 months for my free oil change & was told my tires were so bad they shouldn't let me drive off that lot...he said I had put 10,000 miles on the car...I said no..here's the mileage...I have put 6,000... His response....close enough. I don't remember his name, but he was extremely rude!!! Anyway....this was by far my worst experience ever in the car dept. it was my first & last used car purchase...& I would never step foot in the dealership again & would tell everyone I know the same. Thankfully I was able to get rid of the Mercedes!! More

After some research, I visited the dealership to test drive a Mazda3, and possibly look at used inventory. Tyler is very knowledgeable regarding the Mazda vehicles, the history and current direction of the brand. He is also very informed on non-Mazda vehicles and able to draw comparisons to help me make my best choice. After test driving a few cars, I drove away in a new Mazda6 Touring, at a great price. Tyler made my experience much easier and more fun than I thought buying a new car could be. I will recommend him to my friends or family looking to buy. More
Rude and Clueless When I first started taking my brand new car in for service, it was great. I often spoke with a Young Man name Brandon. The last several times I have When I first started taking my brand new car in for service, it was great. I often spoke with a Young Man name Brandon. The last several times I have been there, Brandon has not. Everytime I go in they can never find my lifetime warranty on service for my engine and transmission. They try to charge me every time when it should be free. Then they act like its a hassle to look up my information to find out that I should indeed NOT be charged. Last time I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation, I was accused of having work done on my car somewhere else because THEY lost one of my lug nuts. So that means I drove 6,000 miles missing a lug nut from their mistake and then I got blamed for it. They eventually told me they would just throw one on there for free. Not only do they no longer offer car washes on the weekends... MAKES NO SENSE but they make you wait for hours upon hours even when you are their first appt on a sat morning. Well as of today I have a leaking tire, I called there to ask about the warranty I bought on my tires and received nothing but attitude. So now I am taking my tire somewhere else to get fixed. So I go look in my car and what do you know....... after the last time they rotated my tires they did not put the Lug nut locks back. I am very very very displeased and dreading the phone call I am about to make to them about my lug nut keys. Thanks MAZDA SERVICE!!! Thanks for NOTHING! I am fed up! Im not really sure what happed to the guy Brandon, but i really suggest they hire someone equally as efficient and nice. More

Driving home from the dealership abs light came on so I immediately texted him Purchased 09 mercury milan from salesman Chris germanakos in used cars. Driving home from the dealership abs light came on so I immediately texted him and stated light came on and he said it was on when he drove it. Also 6 disc CD player didn't work. 2 days later I take it back to service. They tell me abs is not covered in their warranty which is Maryland state inspection items only. I was horrified hearing the problem would cost over $1500. I call Chris and let him have it. He said the car is fine it is safe and he didn't know it wasn't covered under warranty but yet he stated he had "been in the business for years". I call xxxxxxxx. He saw I was a young woman and took advantage of me. He knew the whole time is wasn't covered that's why he let me drive off the lot without saying a peep. If he was a good salesman he should have stated he saw the light on when he drove it and said IDK if it's covered under warranty. He is a scammer in my book and would not recommend anyone use him. More
