I admit I had controversy with the maintenance department at Rich Morton. The management of the organization responded favorably to the issue. If there's any Mazda dealership they should pull it's this one. The customer service is terrible. The finance guy acted incompetent and their prices are jacked up. Let me sum it up: unethical, untrustworthy, incompetent. They tried to rip me off by offering me almost $1400 less than two other dealerships (which I later found out) on my trade-in. They repeatedly kept showing me cars out of my price range by insisting they could get me a "better deal" on financing than my own pre-approved rate by my credit union. I couldn't get a straight answer to simple questions. I didn't feel I could trust the salesman. They don't care about the customer, only money, at least that's the impression I got. Their tactics are unethical in my opinion. More
It's a crying shame that Lincoln, a make that I've been faithful too for 13 years would be represented by such a disgraceful dealership. After moving to Maryland this past year, I tried this dealership fully expecting the quality in customer service and dealer practices I've experienced at other Lincoln dealers. Not the case. They treat their customers like they're ignorant and don't realize they are trying to be taken for their money. They tried to tack on unecessary fees (which they later fixed),when I decided to finance the car during the purchase. They didn't return phone calls and gave me the run-around with answers and didn't offer support after I had purchased a used vehicle that had problems 3 weeks after I bought it. I've decided to go to another Lincoln dealership for service. Because I'm skeptical of their poor customer service in sales, I won't even push my luck with the service department. There are plenty of other Lincoln dealerships in the area. Don't disappoint yourself here. More
They will rip you off. They have a friendly staff, but dont mistake it for trust. they will find a way to take money from you in any way they can. I received charges six months laer, and he wont return a phone call. lowsy customer service, and poor service department management. i would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.
