I received outstanding service when I took my Lincoln Navagator in to be serviced on October 21, 2010. The service consultant was knowledgeable about the service needs of vehicle. my wife and i have repeatedly taken our mazdas in for service and they have done everything we asked even going above and beyond. one time they informed us we did not require some repairs that we were t service and they have done everything we asked even going above and beyond. one time they informed us we did not require some repairs that we were told about at another location, which saved us a couple hundred dollars. thier work is fast and they are always willing to help us on short notice More

Good experience overall. I purchased my mazda here in 2006 & have bring bringing it back for service ever since. I was a first time buyer looking to go into Rich Morton and get a used car. I walked out with a brand new 2010 mazda. The staff was very polite. Not one problem with any of the service. After our first incident with a specific employee at Rich Morton Mazda we decided to give this dealership another go-a-round with customer service, due to a high recommendation we receive from a mutual frien Morton Mazda we decided to give this dealership another go-a-round with customer service, due to a high recommendation we receive from a mutual friend. Once again one of your salesmen has made a comment that was completely inappropriate. I am having an issue with my CX-9’s Bluetooth capabilities and had a few questions and recommendations I thought would be vital to the sale team at Rich Morton. I was unaware that the CX-9 has a compatible issue with specific smart phones until I started having issues with my phone and the Bluetooth in the vehicle. After I suggested that this information may be important to a customer purchasing this particular vehicle I was told by my sale rep, “Well, maybe you need to purchase a cheaper phone”. I can guaranty you that our family and our friends WILL NOT conduct business with this dealership ever again. Unfortunately the problem with my phone and my vehicle are still not resolved! What are your recommendations??? More
I can't speak for the Sales dept, but the Services are not acceptable! I have been blown off for the past 3 months by Dennis Elliott - he hasn't returned any of my calls or emails. I needed service befor not acceptable! I have been blown off for the past 3 months by Dennis Elliott - he hasn't returned any of my calls or emails. I needed service before my warrantee expires in August, and he told me he would call me with a date to bring in my car and never contacted me. I had to contact him again and he still hasn't gotten back to me. I am highly disappointed and believe he should not be working there - he has made a bad reputation for the entire dealership. More
Won't be going back here to service my Mazda. Went in for oil change ($15 with coupon) and I thought my battery was dieing. They informed me I needed a new battery, to which I said "OK". When I go to p for oil change ($15 with coupon) and I thought my battery was dieing. They informed me I needed a new battery, to which I said "OK". When I go to pay they say my bill is $240! So that's $15 for oil change and $225 for a Battery?!?! They tell me they charge $30 to install (what?!?!) and $30 to diagnosis it (Umm, I already told you I needed it) and then the rest was just for the battery. I could have gone to Autozone and had all of that done for FREE and bought an Optima red top for less. A complete rip-off. More
