My experience with Rich Morton Lincoln Mercury has never been anything but excellant. They great you as soon as you enter the building and the customer service is always friendly. I have had my care serviced there a few times and had never had a bad experience. I brought my car in this week, they provided me a loaner car and had my car fixed the nexted day. I didn't like the price, but who does want to pay a lot for car repairs. I would highly recommend this service station to a friend. More
Visited Rich Morton Pasadena Service Dept. for correction of 2 year problem with wife's 2008 Mercury Mariner. Thanks to efforts of Dennis Elliot, Frank Titus and others, the service Dept. was able to identi of 2 year problem with wife's 2008 Mercury Mariner. Thanks to efforts of Dennis Elliot, Frank Titus and others, the service Dept. was able to identify an unusual condition and make the necessary changes in parts and chassis set-up. I made an appointment online for a 5000 mile service and check-up. The whole online process was fast and easy. I checked in the day of, they took some information from me and went to work. He was not pushy at all - only helpful and friendly, which I greatly appreciated. He knew all the answers to my questions and got the exact car that I wanted even though they had to transfer it from another dealership.
