I called Rich Morton's and spoke with Dexter Dawson about the car I was interested in. I gave him all my info over the phone and when I got to the dealership they had everything ready for me. I was able to test drive the car and come right back and sign the papers. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Dexter was fantastic, very helpful and very very nice. I will definetly be buying from him again. I am giving this rating because I couldn't have asked for better service or a better car buying experience. I even sent a friend to him, who also bought a Mazda from him and I will continue to send people his way. A++ for Mr. Dawson! More

I bought a used vehicle from a salesman, JP. He gave me incorrect information, including information regarding the warranty. When problems arose with my vehicle, I was about 200 miles over the warranty (b incorrect information, including information regarding the warranty. When problems arose with my vehicle, I was about 200 miles over the warranty (but not the warranty miles that JP told me nad the miles I thought I had). Therefore, I had to pay for these issues. They were obviously not caused by me, but no one was willing to reduce the service price or pay for it. Additionally, JP no longer worked for the dealership. How convenient. I will not buy a vehcile from here again, nor will I recommend anyone else to buy from here. I only get my service work here so that I do not void my power/tran warranty. Although, I am sure that if anything does happen they will give me some bs excuse as to why they won't pay for it. More

Twenty-four hours go by, and I get no return call. I call and ask to speak to the sales manager, who responded to my request for vehicle information with "You're not a dealer? This is a sales call!" and rudely transferred me to someone else. You don't have time to even hear me out? I see.... By the way, I'm in the market for a $39,000 luxury SUV. I will take my business and money somewhere else. Save your time and stay away from this place. More

My experience with Rich Morton Lincoln Mercury has never been anything but excellant. They great you as soon as you enter the building and the customer service is always friendly. I have had my care serviced there a few times and had never had a bad experience. I brought my car in this week, they provided me a loaner car and had my car fixed the nexted day. I didn't like the price, but who does want to pay a lot for car repairs. I would highly recommend this service station to a friend. More
I made an appointment online for a 5000 mile service and check-up. The whole online process was fast and easy. I checked in the day of, they took some information from me and went to work. When my car was finished I was told that I was signed up for a service program which would save me $$, which I greatly appreciated since I would definitely be coming back for all of my service needs. Dexter Dawson was wonderful to work with. The Mazda3 that I purchased from him is my first car. Rich Morton Mazda was the first dealership I looked at and I discussed what I was looking for with Dexter. Afte I purchased from him is my first car. Rich Morton Mazda was the first dealership I looked at and I discussed what I was looking for with Dexter. After, I looked around at several other dealerships and at a variety of different makes of cars, but knew that I wanted to go back to Dexter. He was not pushy at all - only helpful and friendly, which I greatly appreciated. He knew all the answers to my questions and got the exact car that I wanted even though they had to transfer it from another dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely tell them to ask for Dexter Dawson. My parents were with me and also thought Dexter and the dealership were both great. More
Visited Rich Morton Pasadena Service Dept. for correction of 2 year problem with wife's 2008 Mercury Mariner. Thanks to efforts of Dennis Elliot, Frank Titus and others, the service Dept. was able to identi of 2 year problem with wife's 2008 Mercury Mariner. Thanks to efforts of Dennis Elliot, Frank Titus and others, the service Dept. was able to identify an unusual condition and make the necessary changes in parts and chassis set-up. During 3 years of maintenance visits,we have found the service to be prompt, friendly and courteous. More
