This is the third car I have bought from this dealership. In each case Dexter Dawson was the salesman I dealt with. I called Rich Morton's and spoke with Dexter Dawson about the car I was interested in. I gave him all my info over the phone and when I got to the dealership they had everything ready for me. I bought a used vehicle from a salesman, JP. He gave me incorrect information, including information regarding the warranty. When problems arose with my vehicle, I was about 200 miles over the warranty (b incorrect information, including information regarding the warranty. When problems arose with my vehicle, I was about 200 miles over the warranty (but not the warranty miles that JP told me nad the miles I thought I had). Therefore, I had to pay for these issues. They were obviously not caused by me, but no one was willing to reduce the service price or pay for it. Additionally, JP no longer worked for the dealership. How convenient. I will not buy a vehcile from here again, nor will I recommend anyone else to buy from here. I only get my service work here so that I do not void my power/tran warranty. Although, I am sure that if anything does happen they will give me some bs excuse as to why they won't pay for it. More

Twenty-four hours go by, and I get no return call. I call and ask to speak to the sales manager, who responded to my request for vehicle information with "You're not a dealer? This is a sales call!" and rudely transferred me to someone else. You don't have time to even hear me out? I see.... By the way, I'm in the market for a $39,000 luxury SUV. I will take my business and money somewhere else. Save your time and stay away from this place. More
