Going to Rich Morton was a wonderful experience for me. I have owned only two cars in my lifetime so far and they have both been Mazda's. He was,very friendly, warm, welcoming and very attentive to all my needs. I loved the fact that I was not rushed and I was allowed to make my decisions without feeling like I was being forced to do so. He was very patient with what my most important need was which was getting a car that was within my budget. One of the best traits for me in working with Steve was Integrity, which is very rear in general in the world today. I bought my car for what I was promised, they kept their word and that to me is priceless. Steve was very honest with me, going through all the details of my new car with me. Since I bought my car, Steve has checked on my car a few times to make sure all is well. I also got a thank you card from him, which is unique in itself and being in the service industry myself, I take note of people going an extra mile for their customers. That shows me that it's not just about selling a car to the customer and be rid of them it's also about making sure the customer as a person is o.k with their purchases. I have been driving my car for a few weeks and I love it and I am really honored to have bought my car from Rich Morton with the help of Steve, I am looking forward to going back there for my oil change and all my service's for my car. I came in with a scrape on my Lincoln actually thinking I needed to get some work done. I was greeted at the door, asked to come in and sit down and the Gentleman went out to look at my car. Terrific service. You should know that this is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with the body shop and for the same reason. As was the case the first time I was treated with respect and friendliness. The Gentleman I dealt with as well as the other man in the shop were very kind.
