The reasons for my continuing to purchase vehicles from this dealership is based upon my dealing with Mr.Dawson. Granted I wanted a Grand Marquis for my wife and a Lincoln for myself which I could have purchased from other dealerships. I must state that after buying our first Marquis from Mr. Dawson, I knew that all our future purchases would be with Mr. Dawson at this dealership. Because of his honest way of dealing with folks and knowledge of the automobiles, I have sent several friends that have purchased cars from Mr. Dawson. I came in with a scrape on my Lincoln actually thinking I needed to get some work done. I was greeted at the door, asked to come in and sit down and the Gentleman went out to look at my car. He buffed the scrape out in less than five minutes and you can't see it was ever there. I am very impressed with the service and how efficient the personnel are. I can't say enough about this shop. Terrific service. You should know that this is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with the body shop and for the same reason. As was the case the first time I was treated with respect and friendliness. The Gentleman I dealt with as well as the other man in the shop were very kind.
