Artie did a great job helping me to replace my totalled 2006 Jeep Commander Limited. Geico performed a nationwide product search and low and behold the near clone of my Jeep was located at Rich Morton Linc 2006 Jeep Commander Limited. I came in with a scrape on my Lincoln actually thinking I needed to get some work done. I was greeted at the door, asked to come in and sit down and the Gentleman went out to look at my car. He buffed the needed to get some work done. I was greeted at the door, asked to come in and sit down and the Gentleman went out to look at my car. He buffed the scrape out in less than five minutes and you can't see it was ever there. I am very impressed with the service and how efficient the personnel are. I can't say enough about this shop. Terrific service. You should know that this is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with the body shop and for the same reason. As was the case the first time I was treated with respect and friendliness. The Gentleman I dealt with as well as the other man in the shop were very kind. Greatest service I have ever had and in keeping with the other services I have had at Rich Morton. I gave these scores because I have always received great customer service from Frank. The prices were reasonable as well when I get my oil change and basic service such as breaks etc. Also, when I needed t customer service from Frank. All three of the above employees made me feel very special. I had a slight problem with the last Mazda I bought from them and they immediately turned the bad situation into a good situation where I te special. The new Mazda MX5 I drove off in was the 3rd one I have bought there and I am very pleased with the car, financing, service, and extra attention I always get when I call or visit. I really get annoyed at car dealers or retailers in general who talk down to you and act like they could care less about you problem. It's not all about what can they do for ME, it is about what are you going to buy from US. I totally did not have this experience at all. I have been in customer service for many many years and I have always given at least 150% and jumped through hoops to make my customer happy no matter how big or small the issue may be and ensure they do not walk away disappointed or discusted as I do and have. Therefore, my expectations are very high and they were met during my visit and purchase of a new auto at Rich Morton. I have been and still do highly recommend them to many. Thanks very much.
