I found the car on Auto Trader dot com and this dealer offered the best price and best shape vehicle that I was looking for. I found a 2005 Toyota Solara convertible that had low miles and the exact color and options I was looking for. Arthur was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I am in NC and this car was in MD and i had to request that Arthur have the car taken to a shop for a pre-purchase inspection and with out hesitation he offered to have the car taken to the shop for me. He also went and got it and took it back to the dealership after the inspection was done. We discussed the price and other concerns and we came to an agreement that I was going to purchase it and fly up for delivery. The car was very clean and my test drive was wonderful. I fell in love the with the car immediately. It was very well cared for and in great shape as promised. The dealership provided financing that was just as good as a deal than any other place I could secure a loan from. The finance manager also provided me an alternate route that allowed me to not travel through the congested area around D.C. What a nice added touch that was. Before I knew it I was on my way top down to NC. The car was delightful and so was the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and Arthur Madore. Thanks for a great delivery and experience. A few months later I was driving at 60 MPH on a highway where a TABLE was laying upside-down in the left lane. Its thin metallic legs, facing upward, weren't visible until too late; my car hit it and spun it around. The damage wasn't severe but there were areas on the surface that were "slopped-up." I brought it to Rich Morton, where that was taken care of. As extra help, above-&-beyond, a rear-view mirror was more firmly secured by adding a dab of some bonding agent. Again, excellent job. SIDE ISSUE OF CONSIDERABLE IMPORTANCE TO ME: Your requirement for registering almost dissuaded me from continuing with this review. I do NOT want to receive eMails from anYwhere as a result of this submission; advertising distractions are UNWELCOME. I bring all three of my vehicles; a 2008 Mazda 6, a 2003 Ford Expedition, and a 2003 VW Passat, to this dealership for repairs and service for very good reasons. Frustrated with poor service at my non-Mazda dealers' shops, and completely satisfied with Rich Morton's customer service and attitude when buying the Mazda 6, I switched them all over to Rich Morton for routine maintenance and non-routine repairs. The service team is outstanding -- honest, prompt, and skilled -- they have done everything from routine oil changes to tuneups to water pump and window replacements on all three makes/models and the result is always great. The prices are also extremely competitive, and I don't have to worry about hidden charges, "fat fingering" hours required for services, or inflated markup on parts. If these guys did motorcycles I'd bring my Harley here too! I recommend them to anyone who needs a good shop. More
I bought my car at Rich Morton's and received a good deal. A couple of years later my car was hit while parked on the street. Russ took great care of it then. On 9/10/2010 it was hit again. Russ stepped up and took charge again and handeled everything from the towing to the cleanup when the job was complete. I can't say enough good things about their service.My car looks as good today as it did when it left the parking lot in 2005. More

My husband and I came into Rich Morton after going to 4 different dealers in the past month. We were looking to purchase a new vehicle for myself. All the other dealers were rude and you could tell that t different dealers in the past month. We were looking to purchase a new vehicle for myself. All the other dealers were rude and you could tell that they were just there to make a deal. After hours at each dealer and them making us promises they didn't keep we were going to give up. My husband found the Mazada 6 on the internet and we were just going to "take a look". The mintue Artie Madore walked up he was very pleasurable. Artie by far was the most courtous, trustful, nicest geniue salesmen we've delt with. Artie walked us through the whole buying process step by step and not once did he make us feel pressured to buy or make us feel that he was just there to "make a deal". He took his time and explained things to us and always made us feel comfortable. During the whole process of waiting and discussing "numbers" with he patiently went through each thing with us and never once seemed irritated. We are very very happy with the service we had at your dealership and we will def. refer all our family and friends to you. If all your salesmen are as nice and couteous as Artie your company will be around for a very long time. My wife and I came into Rich Morton to look at Navigators as they were closing. Mr. Dawson approached us in an extremely friendly manner and gave us every courtesy without even mentioning they were closed. H as they were closing. He followed up with us the next day, and we came back to purchase a new Navigator from him. All personnel including Doug Morton were very pleasant and efficient to work with. For whatever reason, my appointment was not in the computer when I arrived to drop off my mazda 3 for power steering recall.
