Dave was very helpful from the start. I'd previously visited this dealer to have the power-steering pump replaced on my Mazda3 before the recall. The service was great then. After Mazda did the recall I had to return because Mazda cus power-steering pump replaced on my Mazda3 before the recall. The service was great then. After Mazda did the recall I had to return because Mazda customer service (who frustrated me a great deal) told me I needed to return to have the car "inspected" to see if the power-steering pump was in correctly. I talked with Dan at Rich Morton and he was very good at interpreting what Mazda customer service stated incorrectly, replaced the power-steering pump again, and made sure that everything was done to make sure I could get my repayment for the $594 power-steering pump from Mazda. He hooked me up with a loaner vehicle for a few hours so I could still keep my plans for the day and he and his crew were able to complete the recall again and provide me with the paperwork from the previous replacement. Dan and his crew were friendly and professional, and they wanted to make sure that despite my frustrations with Mazda customer service I was still satisfied. I will come back for any other repairs to my car simply because of this event. More
