I would recommend Dexter for anyone who is looking for a car and needs someone to work with there needs. I loved the expieriance and customer service at Rich Morton. Dave was very helpful from the start. During the estimate, he went over every aspect of the vehicle with me that needed work done and even got under the car with me to show me exactly what he was ta estimate, he went over every aspect of the vehicle with me that needed work done and even got under the car with me to show me exactly what he was talking about. He helped me deal with insurance and Enterprise when I got the rental car. I will be back here if I ever need any other body work done and will definitely recommend this place to anyone else that needs work done. Dexter Dawson was my salesperson when I purchased my pre-owned Mazda Miata MX-5. The car was in excellent shape. I'd previously visited this dealer to have the power-steering pump replaced on my Mazda3 before the recall. The service was great then. After Mazda did the recall I had to return because Mazda cus power-steering pump replaced on my Mazda3 before the recall. The service was great then. After Mazda did the recall I had to return because Mazda customer service (who frustrated me a great deal) told me I needed to return to have the car "inspected" to see if the power-steering pump was in correctly. I talked with Dan at Rich Morton and he was very good at interpreting what Mazda customer service stated incorrectly, replaced the power-steering pump again, and made sure that everything was done to make sure I could get my repayment for the $594 power-steering pump from Mazda. He hooked me up with a loaner vehicle for a few hours so I could still keep my plans for the day and he and his crew were able to complete the recall again and provide me with the paperwork from the previous replacement. Dan and his crew were friendly and professional, and they wanted to make sure that despite my frustrations with Mazda customer service I was still satisfied. I will come back for any other repairs to my car simply because of this event. More
Dexter has sold my six or seven car. He has always been fair with me and he has negotiated a price I can live with and Rich Morton's Dealership can accept. I have always been happy with the car. I bought a 2010 Navigator from this dealer, and I am happy that when I walked into the show room the person that greeted me, Mr. Steve Rittmeyer is the bought a 2010 Navigator from this dealer, and I am happy that when I walked into the show room the person that greeted me, Mr. Steve Rittmeyer is the most humble car salesman I have encountered in recent years and I have encountered a lot. He listened to my needs, unlike other salesmen that I have encountered before walking into this dealership. This dealership did not have what I was looking for in stock but he make sure he searched around the area until he found my specific need in the state of Ohio. Mr. Rittmeyer has been a very resourceful salesman since I got my new car from this dealership, making and reminding me of my regulally scheduled appointments and making sure that I get a loaner car if need be when he schedule my appointments. In April 2010, when my son was about to purchase a car I looked no further than to take him to Mr. Rittmeyer to help with the purchase of a 2010 Mazda 3, and Mr. Rittmeyer is taking care of my son just the way he does with me. I have recommended a couple of my friends to him, because I know that they are in good hands with Mr. Rittmeyer. More

He took the time to learn what I was looking for in a vehicle before he suggested anything to me and he was ve found him to be an excellent salesman.
