Helpful and Informative My daughter needed a new car, and I was helping her look at various makes and models at a number of dealerships in the area. However, one dealership, My daughter needed a new car, and I was helping her look at various makes and models at a number of dealerships in the area. However, one dealership, and one salesperson stood out among the masses--Rich Morton Mazda and Ryan Wiegand. Ryan wasn't pushy; and I was impressed at how well-informed he was about each model he showed my daughter. Additionally, he listened and took the time to carefully explain each of the unique features. I was impressed at how intently Ryan tried to genuinely find the right fit of car for my daughter's picky choices....and more importantly he managed to stay within her budget. He didn't try to upsale her on features and plans, but successfully sold her a great car that I feel certain will be reliable, economic and safe. Overall great experience to what started out as a stressful and frantic seatch on a limited budget. Thanks again Ryan!!! More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR I bought a car from this dealership and they refuse to fix their vehicle during the 30 day period. My salesman told me, they will look at the car, but I bought a car from this dealership and they refuse to fix their vehicle during the 30 day period. My salesman told me, they will look at the car, but will only fix items under the State of Maryland Inspection requirements..This dealership should be investigated for their business practices. I never thought my first time car purchase would turn out like it did.. They sold me a car with engine, brakes and sensor related problems.. I bought this vehicle in October and it was a bad purchase.. I will make sure my voice is heard all over the State of Maryland to make everyone aware about this horrible dealership! Mr. OLD MAN RICH MORTON should be ashamed of himself and I am sure he is aware of the problems stemming from his employees.. More

Proceed with Caution We purchased a used BMW M3 from Rich Morton Mazda in mid-February of 2014. After several attempts to address a recurring "check engine light" we were We purchased a used BMW M3 from Rich Morton Mazda in mid-February of 2014. After several attempts to address a recurring "check engine light" we were very concerned that there may be a significant engine problem which had not been correctly diagnosed. We were assured by the service manager as we approached the end of the 30-day warranty period that this was a "known" problem to them and we could rest assured that they would stand behind this car. After another attempt to correct the problem shortly after the 30 day warranty expired, we took the car to BMW of Annapolis. What was diagnosed very quickly was a $4,500 Vanos repair. Rich Mortons refused to repair the car. We were told by the General Manager that we were a bunch of "whiners" and that they were not going to fix the car because the warranty was no longer in place. BUYER BEWARE More

Beware I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and although the sales guy was friendly, I was not pleased with their games they played with the prici I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and although the sales guy was friendly, I was not pleased with their games they played with the pricing. Point blink is, this dealership has no integrity. They tried to offer me 2500 less dollars for my trade in then I was previously offered and they tried to screw me on the price of one of their new cars... They wanted to sell me their vehicle for 3k more than the upgraded trim of the vehicle I was looking at. How can you sell me a Touring at 3k more than you have your grand touring advertised for online???????? Lying, selfish, no good.... More

My family purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and they have royally screwed us over. I would never reccomend this dealrship to anyone, all warranty and service agreements are complete shams. Issue Corrected - UPDATED To resolve the situation that occurred in September, Rich Morton's GM and AGM righted the wrong. Through the whole process, they held my hand and were very apologetic. They were able to wipe the slate clean and provide excellent customer service. After this transaction, I would recommend his dealership to anyone in MD looking for a vehicle. Ask for Neal, Joe, or Tyler. They will definitely take care of you and you will not be disappointed with the customer service. More
