However, one dealership, and one salesperson stood out among the masses--Rich Morton Mazda and Ryan Wiegand. Ryan wasn't pushy; and I was impressed at how well-informed he was about each model he showed my daughter. Additionally, he listened and took the time to carefully explain each of the unique features. I was impressed at how intently Ryan tried to genuinely find the right fit of car for my daughter's picky choices....and more importantly he managed to stay within her budget. He didn't try to upsale her on features and plans, but successfully sold her a great car that I feel certain will be reliable, economic and safe. Overall great experience to what started out as a stressful and frantic seatch on a limited budget. Thanks again Ryan!!! More

Overall a great experience I purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra SR about 6 months ago from this dealership. I was a little skeptic as the dealership is about 90 minutes from my home I purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra SR about 6 months ago from this dealership. I was a little skeptic as the dealership is about 90 minutes from my home, but my salesman Tyler was more then willing to provide me with some extra pictures and close ups of the vehicle. One of their biggest advertised perks was the Advantage program, granting me free oil changes and a guarantee on my engine. I was informed that when I arrived that in order to keep these perks, all of my service must be done at the dealership. Admittedly, I was a little bummed because of the distance, but they assured me that they would do everything they could to accommodate me. I have finished my second service appointment and I can say they have owned up to that expectation. The staff was quick and friendly during my first visit, and gave me a loner vehicle upon request for my second, so that I could run some errands. I hope to keep this car for a good amount of time but will definitely be going back to them for the next one! More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR I bought a car from this dealership and they refuse to fix their vehicle during the 30 day period. My salesman told me, they will look at the car, but I bought a car from this dealership and they refuse to fix their vehicle during the 30 day period. My salesman told me, they will look at the car, but will only fix items under the State of Maryland Inspection requirements..This dealership should be investigated for their business practices. I never thought my first time car purchase would turn out like it did.. They sold me a car with engine, brakes and sensor related problems.. I bought this vehicle in October and it was a bad purchase.. I will make sure my voice is heard all over the State of Maryland to make everyone aware about this horrible dealership! Mr. OLD MAN RICH MORTON should be ashamed of himself and I am sure he is aware of the problems stemming from his employees.. More

Great I leased a 2016 Mazda 6 in July. I came to the dealership late in the evening and the gentlemen working with me stayed well after closing time to work I leased a 2016 Mazda 6 in July. They never were rude or inconsiderate with me, regardless of time. They were both focused on making the deal right for me and getting what I wanted out of it. This dealership has a bad rep for some reason, but I don't see it. Maybe attitude on ones part has something to do with it? More
