He answered all my questions and even let me run the car past my house to make sure my computer equipment for work fit in the trunk. Negotiations were quick and the process took less than two hours! He not only tries to help every customer in a custom and unique way, but he does this dispite the moronic management that he is surrounded with. It is truly surprising that there are still car salesmen out there that aren't just conserned about the bottom dollar and telling the customer what they want to hear in order to make a sale and then dissapear. This dealership is miles behind the competition when it comes to customer care and service, but Ryan is clearly the exception. Where ever he works at, I would highly recommend working with him when you need a new vehicle. More
Attentive and eager. My uncle and I were very close. He worked at a Honda dealership in Annapolis where everyone knew him and his family (me). I've only driven Honda's and when he passed I found it hard to give up the car we bought from him. I ended up giving my brother my car which I bought from him (at a family discount) and was going to automatically just get another one from the same dealership. Why wouldn't I? They knew me, right? It felt like family when my uncle was there. When I went in to look around it was far from it. The place was empty and it took them well over an hour for anyone to ask if I needed help. I knew everyone in there, they were all at my uncle's funeral. They all shook my hand there. But when I needed help or guidance I got terrible salesmen. There were no questions as to what I was looking for. The clear vibe of their agenda was pouring out of everyone there. I left. My brother and I used my old Honda for about a week as I shopped around. And one day I saw my friend Devin Hughes facebook post about working for Mazda. I needed a car. He was selling cars. And really nice cars at that. I've never bought or leased a car before but the whole experience, Devin, the familiarity, the kindness and patience of his managers, the other salesmen and saleswomen all chiming in...it was a team effort and felt like a family walking me through it. I've never bought a car before or leased one, but the bar has been set if I ever have to again. Where I thought I would be treated like family, I wasn't. Where I was going for the first time, I was family. More

Bill was a very professional, knowledgeable Sales rep and he let me browse the cars I was interested in with no pressure. He allowed me to make a decision on my own and even brought a car out of the showroom so I could see the color of the vehicle in the outside light. I was not sure I was going to buy a vehicle yesterday but with Bill's help we negotiated a deal that I could not turn down. I bought the CX5 that he took out of the showroom and I love it.
