Started to feel uneasy as it was different than my experience at other dealers. Short on details - this was how that misrepresented material information. Made their first offer reflecting a monthly payment under $500. I told them I had seen other comparable vehicles selling for much less. Ran some numbers on one comparable car, advertised at a price about $5000 less and with a monthly payment almost $100 less. Jason stated he could do something in that range and I agreed to that and then I was given paperwork . Jason offered to take my rental vehicle back to the rental location in Dorchester County where I live. Because he wanted me to drive home in my new vehicle today. I agreed to that incentive . Next day I get a call from rental facility in Glen Burnie informing me my rental vehicle had been dropped off there. Completing the return process would have set me back about another $500. I took the next day off from work, spent more money getting to Glen Burnie. Now I knew who I was dealing with. I spoke with the manager Don Burke about reimbursing me. He told Jason assured him I was expecting the vehicle to be returned to Glen Burnie, that I had even looked up the address and given it to Jason. After several phone calls he agreed to give me the $400 for taking care of the van. Since this incident caused me to question their ethics we then began to discuss the discussion of terms and I asked for some documentation which supported the reduction in the monthly payment offered by Jason. I explained that this is required of dealers by consumer laws and I wanted to be certain that the term of the loan hadn’t been increased to produce this lower payment. This is deceiving because an increase in the number of payments made ( even though they are lower) INCREASES the total amount paid. Jason could have used this scheme, but during a call with Don he also mentioned GAP and a service plan were included. He acknowledges that the change in the payment (9.6%) could only have resulted from a reduction in cost of 3 -4 . I’m pretty sure this is illegal and it is certainly is unethical. So if they can’t make this thing right I suppose I’m filing complaints with the BBB and FTC and will take them to small claims court. though. Don has abruptly stopped communicating with me. As other reviews have stated , BUYER BEWARE WITH RICH MORTON MAZDA DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Update: 1/12/25 Spoke with Mr. Burke today. Told to take this review down by 7:00 pm or he would sue me for lying. This review represents my opinion on this matter and any consumer has the right to post reviews about their experience with a business. More

They have shady business practices, sold me a car that was a dud in the shop, told me they’d fix it, delivered it to me (which i had to ask for) still not working properly!!! The door didn’t open (which I 1000% believe Mike knew, but did his best to hide it during his presentation of the vehicle!) So I’ve had to take time from work multiple times and use my gas to bring it back for them to “fix it”. And it’s still not fixed (the door still doesn’t open and my cold air is still blowing warm while it’s 90 degrees outside) so I’ll have to take more time and use more gas in the coming weeks. No way this car was ever TRULY inspected, and if it was I’m sure they did a cash to hand deal for it to pass. I even offered to forfeit my down payment and any fees for their time / processing, still no, so I’m stuck in a crappy deal! Since it was LESS THAN 24 HOURS after they delivered the car to me that I started having issues, I asked them to please take this car back. Of course, they declined. So I’m left super disappointed and had the car not been in the shop for 3 days after I bought it my bank could / would have cancelled the transaction. BUYERS BEWARE!!! More

Since I purchased my CX3, all of my service appointments have been easy to schedule. Once I just stopped by with a concern and they had a technician look at what I was worried about. The work is always completed in a timely fashion, and any questions on my part are addressed. They always discuss any concerns about my vehicle, and even make a video of their inspections. Wow! More

Tim also let me know how to take off and store the T-top. He also knew what the loose part was that I found in my new car, before I drove it off the lot. I would buy another car from Tim any day! Named Ashley I think ( she couldn't be bothered to introduce herself) Was just there for a basic service and she tells me I need front breaks and it's 600 dollars . Then sends me a text message estimate( I was waiting at dealership) and it says 700. I tried to ask why so much and she couldn't stop shoving doughnuts in her mouth to properly explain anything. Also griefed me about asking about coupons and just short of eyerolling me as if I'm annoying her asking about price breakdown. I won't be returning. I didn't care for her evasiveness, her annoyance when I interrupted her doughnuts and coffee or that she was particularly honest with me. Really disappointed as I've recommended them a few years now. Keith is amazing but this new person is very off-putting. More
Kyle Thompson was outstanding. I took my wife to the dealership to test drive a BMW, which she’s been wanting for a while.
